Some of the staffs. The way the toilet and shower was in the toilet - it was very tight. There was a vent in the toilet but you couldn’t hear anything go out - the toilet was very humid.

- Kein eigener privater Standbereich - Kooperationsstrand Beach Club nur mit Bedingungen und per Zufall erfahren (keine Aktive Empfehlung) - Zu wenig Platz im Bad, Toilette super eng, Wasser in der ,Dusche‘ bleibt lang und ist im gesamten Bad verteilt, es fehlen Haken für die Handtücher - Personal vor allem am Empfang gibt nicht viel Informationen zum Aufenthalt vieles haben wir durch Zufall erfahren - Es gab nur ein Babyhochstuhl (war etwas stressig) - Es gab einige Bilder in Booking die nicht mit dem Aktuellen übereinstimmen (alte Bilder)

This is my second stay at the hotel in a year. The staff are absolutely fantastic—very friendly and capable. The food is excellent; it’s easy to overeat. The rooms are very clean.

A bit too much noise at night—screaming children, music, and loud talking.

I love the pool even though its little place was very clean and tidy well maintained, great if you are from Eastern Europe,access to a beach is at least 8 mins walk which I didn't mind as I like walking, local shop is across the road ,view from the room was beautiful

staff don't really understand English so very little conversations unless you are lucky enough to have someone else to talk too 😀 food not so great unless you love plenty options of salad ,nothing is written to advise you what it is so take your pick of not alot and hope for the best and most important is they say its all inclusive which is extremely exaggerated as you have to pay for all juice ,all drinks apart from water, tea,and coffee when the machine works, no kettle or cups in the room
