Until now they haven’t given the electronic receipt which I need for work.

I arrived to the hotel expecting to go to my room. No body helped me with my bags. When I went to my room it was not working therefore I went downstairs to the lobby to asked them what was wrong. The manager came with me to the room to check it out. She didn’t helped us. The manager started saying that it was our fault to have a different set of keys, plus she was having an attitude towards us for n it having the correct keys. The manager starting to say that if we didn’t like what we had we could go. So I didn’t like anything about it

I didn’t like that for a mistake of someone else we had to get into a discussion with the manager. It’s clear that the manager is not here to help. She is here to create more problems and to make customers leave the hotel when they had a problem instead of helping us. It’s not fair to have this problems and being blamed for. She told us that because of our fault of not having the correct keys they had to clean all the room and they were not happy about it. We just received a pair of keys at the front desk! It’s amazing that instead of solving a problem they suggest to leave to another hotel! Thanks for your help!
