My wife and I were extremely happy with the flat. The location was excellent--especially for theatre and major museums. The property manager (James) was quite helpful in arranging our stay. We hope the flat will be available the next time we visit London.

Comfortable, had everything you need

We spent 10 days in James' charming, comfortable flat. The flat was well equipped and clean and in a terrific location - close to theater, shops and public transportation (although we walked everywhere). James was an attentive host who made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this flat and would love to stay there again.

From the comfort of your living room you can watch the world passing by on Neal Street in the heart of Covent Garden. And yet the bedroom is quiet and comfortable, away from the crowds, for a good night’s sleep. Bathroom and kitchen are small but serviceable and you can save a lot by eating in. Only a few blocks away are some of London’s best shopping, restaurants, theatres and the opera. If you need to go further, walk two blocks to either Covent Garden or Tottenham Court tube stations. I never had to take a cab. All in all, a wonderful way to get to know London from the inside.

We had a great time! The apartment worked perfectly for two people and had just about everything we needed for a 9 night stay. (Had to buy some dishrags, tp, paper towels, etc.). Pretty clean throughout, and plenty of bath towels. Bedroom in back, which helps with the busy street noise off the front room. Apartment binder was very outdated, and we had to call the property manager to figure some things out. All the outdated spices and oils in the cupboards should have been cleaned out prior to our stay. These last two comments could be settled easily with a bit more care.

The flat is located right in the theater district near Covent Garden and very convenient to the trains. You can walk everywhere and easily find great places to eat. This was my daughter and I first trip to London and the flat was exactly as pictured, super cute filled with charm. Even though it’s right in the heart of everything it’s very quiet at night. Not sure why others said they had an issue with water pressure. We stayed 8 nights and both have long hair and had no issues with water pressure. It’s a great flat and James is a wonderful and responsive host.

Much as others have noted, it is central and well located for a variety of entertainment and shopping as well as close to tube stops. Front room is spacious, charming, kitchen is functional with a washer, and once you get the hang of the bathroom, it all works. James was easy to communicate with and as others have noted, the bedroom (not the front room) is quiet.

Everything was great except the bathroom needs an upgrade and improved shower -water temperature and flow. Lovely sitting room and bedroom- fabulous area close to theatres, restaurants. We loved walking everywhere

Really couldn’t be happier with this location. The property was a lovely place to hang out on a rainy day…felt like home. I would wish for a larger bathroom - not large enough for 2 people to move around in at the same time. Overall, a lovely place that was easy to relax in. And I forgot to say quiet!! Neal street is continually bustling and vibrant. We could hear that while in the living room and it was fine. The bedroom was completely quiet! Lovely.

Fantastic location for a short break in London. Perfect for the theatres and west end. Close to lots of restaurants and the tube is about 4 minutes away. Nice a quiet bedroom with amazing furnished sitting room. Had a great time!

We stayed in this wonderful flat in London for a week in September, 2022. Our stay there was terrific. You cannot beat the location, near Covent Garden, Soho, but also within walking distance of all the major sights of the city. The apartment itself is a gem, elegantly furnished and decorated with wonderful pieces of artwork. The sitting room/dining room areas are quite large and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals from scratch, or for heating up delicacies acquired from nearby shops or restaurants. We ate breakfast and dinner in most days. James, the manager was great. He met us in the apartment and gave us a thorough orientation of all we needed to know for our stay. The check-in process was not at all complicated. We have definitely found a new favorite place to stay in London. That said, we have booked to return for two weeks over Christmas. Can't wait to be back!

From start to finish, the whole process was perfect. James was a great help and provided clear and helpful support throughout the process. The flat is ideal for a couple with a good sized sitting room for kicking back and relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Located in the 7 dials it is a stones throw away from the theatre District, Covent Gardens and transport. All in all we where more than happy with everything and will hopefully be booking again. Thanks again to James and the cleaner who did a great job getting the flat spick and span for us, even though we arrived earlier than expected.

Great location, comfortable, charming flat, well placed for the enjoyment of London culture

This is an old school apartment, vintage furniture, books and classical music collection, for arty types, not people looking for modern.

Seriously, this is such an amazing little place to stay, amazingly located within walking distance of the underground, the British Museum, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and Piccadilly Circus. Very comfortable king sized bed (a huge plus!) and James was incredibly responsive and helpful. There is also a shared washer/dryer system! Would 100% stay here again. Just a couple minor things... Some instructions to the dryer might be helpful because we had never used a combined washer/dryer system and my husband had to google the manual after we accidentally washed our clothes twice instead of drying it. Oops! Also, along with some other comments here, there is a bit of mold in the bathroom. But a really great place to stay.

Perfect location for exploring London. So much within easy walking distance and convenient to tube stations for jaunts further afield. The flat is comfortable and clean. And one will never lack for reading material!

The apartment feels like a real home not a 'I could be anywhere' space. It's charming, perfectly located in central London and very comfortable. I could not recommend it more highly.

The street is restricted to mostly pedestrian traffic, but could still be noisy at times, however the bedroom faces an internal courtyard patio and was blissfully quiet. The bed was super comfy! Loved the location too. Three minute walk to Covent Garden underground station, giving tube access to anywhere in London. Ten minutes or less to either the British Museum or National Gallery. Tons of great shops and restaurants in the area as well as Covent Garden just a couple blocks away. The area was both really charming and felt very safe. James was very accommodating with check-in/check-out. Had a wonderful time, would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!

The flat is attractively decorated with art and into artifacts. There is a large collection of books and CD’s. The sitting area is large, the kitchen modernized and functional. The bedroom comfortably sized with good storage space. The flat is warm and welcoming. It feels like a home. The location is perfect for theater and many London tourist sites. We hope to return.
