The property is located in a calm part of the village. The apartment is spacious, it was impecable clean, the bed is big with comfortable mattress, the kitchen is nice and practical and the balcony has an access to the pretty garden. Our lovely hosts were always on our disposal and there are no words to describe their hospitality and kindness.

quiet and nice location

very outdated kitchen, dirty greasy extractor , old and rusty electric stove, very basic kitchen utensils, malfunctioning moka .. we didn’t know about charges for dogs and after a 8 night stay the owner wanted to charge us 80 euro !! we left the place spotless and offered him to do a leaving survey but nevertheless he insisted in charging for “extra” cleaning

The place is in a great location just between east cost with bay and fine place for a walk and the village "center" with restaurants, shops etc. It's also quite near to the Kamenjak entrance (even not so distant on foot). Place itself was clean and comfortable with all necessary stuff inside. Very good for a week stay as we did. Host is also helpful and pleasant person. We had really good stay. Thanks Igor!

the place is really cute and clean and the owner is friendly

no parking space a little bit expensive , we paid extra 50euro for 2 dogs for 5 days we started our holiday with going to the store to buy hand soap because it wasn’t 😂

The location was really nice, close to the city center and restaurants and also close to the Kamenjak National Park, which is a fabulous place with a lot of great beaches (we tried to visit most of the beaches of Kamenjak, all of them were great). Igor (the host) is a really nice person, he waited for us at the entrance of Premantura, explained us everything at apartment and suggested us a few places to visit. Thank you Igor, we had a really nice vacation!

Very friendly owner! Available all the time when we needed something. Very comfortable room and really good location - very close to Kap Kamenjak. Would definitely come again :)
