We were greeted by a handwritten note and bottle of wine, -a lovely personal touch. The house is clean, comfortable, well designed, and equipped with everything you need for a beach stay... chairs, umbrellas, toys and floats for the kids. The kitchen was very enjoyable to prepare meals in, and we enjoyed returning to the house each day after a day at the beach, the bay, the ponds, or a trip out to the Province Lands. Loved taking a quick outdoor shower and then relaxing on the deck or screened porch. The AC throughout the house made warm days and evenings very comfortable. One of the best features of this rental is its proximity to Indian Neck Beach. When the wind and surf was just too rough at the ocean beaches, we took a quick and beautiful bike ride over to Indian Neck to enjoy the calm, warm waters of the bay, and the sunsets were incredible. After many years of renting on the cape, I think this was our favorite stay yet, and will likely try to rent here again next year. Thank you, Joe and Debra, for a memorable family vacation that we all needed so much.

Kitchen is very well stocked and brand new. The heat pump a/c on the main floor works great.
