Fantastic stay in a wonderful city.

Wow! What a view, felt like I could touch the Colosseum. Apartment was as described and contact with the owners was good, check in was easy with Nikki being such a help,nice walk into the city centre and all the sights, if all roads lead to Rome then they should all lead to this apartment!

overall we loved our 3 night stay here. Pros: location, outside view, cleanliness of interior, Nikki was very helpful. Cons: check in (we never got any direction how to get to our top floor rental, kitchen is barely functional to cook in if you like to cook, limited couch sitting area for 5 people and kitchen table can only seat 2. Also, we had issues with the water in the showers being consistently hot, not a deal breaker but very quick showers! None of the negatives really bothered us, and we did love our stay.

The apartment was in the most wonderful location with a rooftop sanctuary overlooking the Colliseum (there were fireworks at midnight every night that were beautiful). This apartment is on the 6th floor penthouse with a large private patio with dinning table and lounge section as well as a stunning shared rooftop section with multiple seating areas. We never saw another person on the shared space and spent each night having wine and watching the people below. The apartment was large, clean and well appointed. It had everything we could need for a family of 5 including room to spare. Nice kitchen, lovely bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with showers, kitchen, living room and stong wifi. The outside space over looks the colliseum which is delightful after a day of sightseeing. We preferred to take the stairs (6 flights up to burn off the pasta and gelatto) but there is a small elevator if you want. The metro is right across the street which was super convenient. This apartment is only 2 stops from Termini station. There are restaurants all around that are delightful. Nikki the house manager was fantastic and check in/out was easy. She even found us the batteries we needed for one of our devices. 100% and 5 star reccommend.

Could not have been happier with location and view. Apartment not reallu set up as 3 BR with no door on 3rd BR. Host friendly, but hard to reach before check in. Overall great tho.

During a 2 week trip to Italy, my husband & I spent 3 nights here in October ‘23. We selected these accommodations primarily because of its location & view. Wow! We were not disappointed. STUNNING ROOFTOP TERRACE. The photos do not do it justice. From one spot, you can see the dome of St. Peter’s Basilica, the Arch of Constantine, & the Colosseum. The views were “colossal”! There was plenty of privacy, room, and an elevator! Nikki was very accommodating & helped with anything we needed.

This is our second staying in this unbelievable apartment. The location is right across the street from the Colosseum. And it is on the roof of the building with an amazing roof garden. Candy, her husband and their hostess Nickie are fantastic. Nickie responded to anything we asked. She also gave great ideas for transportation. We hope to visit again soon.

Great stay

We had an incredible time here, the location is incredible. As the pictures show, just one block from the Colliseum, and Metro. There is a supermarket within 2 blocks, and 3-4 convenience stores/restaurants just down the street, within 200 feet. Nikki keeps an eye on the property and was always very easy to communicate with. Apartment is air conditioned which was a huge help for the hot weather for the time of year we stayed. The only note, which is not a negative, is that the rooftop patio is a shared space with the other tenants/residents of the building. However, we didn't see a single person in the 4 days we were there, and Nikki mentioned that it is uncommon for anyone to be up there. We would absolutely stay here again, it couldn't have been a better experience!

We loved our apartment overlooking the Colleseum. The interior was roomy and well decorated and the outside rooftop sitting area had amazing views of the city!

We only stayed for 1 night and wished we could have enjoyed the view longer. It’s not usual the view is better in real life than the pics online - didn’t disappoint!

Our stay in Candy’s apartment was wonderful. The views of the Colosseum from the terrace were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area. The apartment was clean and accommodated four adult women very well. Nikki was a great help and Candy was always very responsive. It was a short walk to the Metro which made it way to get around Rome. The air conditioning worked well and was nice after a long hot day. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

My family and I had a great stay here at this beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Colosseo. The property manager Michele was kind, and helpful. She made the process all that much easier. The metro is a couple of minutes away, and most restaurants are about 5-7 minutes away. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Property was wonderful and was in great location. Made touring Rome very easy! Communication with property management was excellent and they were very accommodating.

Stayed at this property with 6 adults. So close to the Colosseum you could almost touch it!!! Great location, within walking distance to most major attractions. The outside patio was wonderful for dinners and wine while watching the sunset. Would definately stay at this property again.

The property was just as advertised. Had a wonderful stay! The owner was VERY responsive and communicative. Wish it had been a little cooler so we could have enjoyed the patio more!

Awesome place with amazing views and best location in Rome. Candy was very responsive at all times and the roof top patio looking at the Coluseum was incredible. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Perfect place for our family to get away. In the center of everything. Place was clean. Terrace was a dream. Wouldn't change a thing.

Very clean and right next to the colosseum and Roman forum. We visited the pantheon, Trevi fountain, and everything in between. And walked it all. In July. Only thing we took an Uber to was the Vatican. Good selection of restaurants close by. Playing cards on the rooftop terrace every night was fantastic. High up on the 5th floor so the evening breeze was always just perfect.

Fabulous location. While inside the building was efficient and clean, the roof top terrace is what made this place. It is exceptional and we all wished that we stayed for more than one night. Do not let the activity outside discourage you. Once inside the unit, it is like being in your own little world. The steps to the roof can be difficult, especially when carrying luggage, so be sure there is someone in good shape with your group to assist. I would rent this unit again without hesitation.
