Excellent location to stay near Pompei. Hosts are wonderful and offer a great service

The property is a 10 minute walk from the entrance of the Pompei ruins and the train station but about a 20-25 walk to the center of town. We were here to stay for one night to see the ruins so the apartment did its job, it was small and cosy.

The apartment is cosy, very clean, bathroom is well lit and big, Breakfast was not included so i cannot answer, but we got drinks that were welcome after a hot day! the hosts are very nice and accomodating, great advice and suggestions!

living/dining/kichen and room are a bit small, house could look a bit better

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was enough room for a family of four, or a group of friends, who are staying for a night, although I should caution you, there is no privacy. When we arrived, the hosts were kind and offered to order pizza for us as it was raining. However, they was the extent of their kindness. The mini fridge was stocked with soda, water, and a singular small bottle of Prosecco, which was nice.

the location of the apartment is subpar at best. when we booked, they asked if we wanted free bicycles with our stay. however what they did not inform us was how inaccessible town center would be without said bicycles. 1.2 miles is not bad; however you have to go over the highway and through a few major intersections. Definitely NOT safe for two twenty year old females traveling alone. The people running the hotel offered no other transportation methods. In fact, the woman did not respond to our text message when we asked if she could call us a taxi for a certain time the next morning. When we went to check out the next morning, there was no one at the reception desk! To get out of the property you have to unlock a giant gate, so we texted the woman to ask what to do with the keys. she did not respond so we left them in the mailbox. when we first arrived at the apartments, it was pouring rain and the apartments are nondescript and unmarked. there are signs informing you which way the apartments are on the road. however, the property itself is unmarked and without a number. even when we were positive we had the right property, we did not know where the entrance was, as it is down the driveway and behind the building. the man waiting to check us in kindly came out to find us. however there was after calling the woman who hung up on us twice. during the second or third call, I was so frustrated with either the language barrier or her lack of concern for the situation that I was speaking very urgently. my friend and I were on the verge of tears. aside from ordering us pizza, the staff of the apartments literally did not contact us or were available during our stay. they did not recommended any restaurants, anything to do or see, or any taxi/other services. we did not try any of the amenities they mention with their booking, but I would not even be able to tell you where these amenities are or how to access them. they were not offered to us in any way at check in.

The apartment was a good size. Staff was friendly.

The parking lot is very small it you have a large car. We had to park so close to bushes, we could not exit from that side of the vehicle and our car ended up full of ants. The couch and mattress for sleeping on the sofa bed was also badly stained. The apartment was located very close to the entrance for the shared stairwell, which was fine, but inconvenient when inconsiderate VERY loud people from upstairs would come in during the middle of the night slamming the doors and stomping loudly all the way up the stairs.

Very good reception. Francesco was very kind and so were the other staff and owner.

Safe and quiet place. Spacious rooms. Relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast is a delivery service. Good coffee. Nice, good, but not much, if you are hungry.

Very friendly people. Good standard of room. Very close to Pompeii ruins.

Location of the place is between highway and railroad and the area does not invite to walks or discovering the neighbourhood.

Wonderfool room with terrace. Clean, spacious, light. Francesca is very welcoming. Not far from the ruins in Pompeii. Great value for this money!

The staff was very kind and friendly.
