At the first view the hotel looks somewhat old fashioned ( the restaurant makes you think at Tirol :)), but it is a good, non nonssens hotel, which is well situated on about 3 kms from Maastricht city. You get value for your money. The location of the hotel offers a good starting point for bicycle tours. There is secured bicycle storage garage. The Comfort room was best OK and the bathroom comfortable and very clean. Very good service. The personnel is very friendly, helpful and client oriented. The food on the menu was just excellent and tasteful ( a very good chef) and the breakfast was very good. I would go there again without hesitation.
There was a kind of fish smell when you enter the room. This is apparently caused by construction work nextdoors. The hotel is located alongside the busy road to Aachen. Considering the room was at the backside of the hotel, there was no problem of noise in the room, even with the window open. Sitting in the garden for a beer, the noise of the cars on the road was sometimes ennoying. But even with this remarks, it remains a good hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, very spacious and comfortable room, fabulous breakfast, excellent value for money. Free parking a few minutes’ drive from Maastricht
The decor is perhaps a little dated, but clean and functional.

Very nice and confortable room, free parking, very good restaurant with good prices, breakfast included.
It is mostly for customers with cars, as it is a bit far from the historic area.

Newly renovated /modern en suite bathroom. Shower was great. TV in the room was a smart TV and very uncomplicated which was nice. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable.
All the sound from the restaurant could be heard in our room including the loud music. Coffee at breakfast needs some work. It would be nice to have a tea/coffee station in the room.

i love the very nice family atmosphere and all the Christmas decorations. we also had dinner and it was very good

Staff was very friendly, the place is nice and well located. The room was clean and pleasant.
The pillow was uncomfortable, the air circulation was not the best, and the shower was quite small.

The room was quiet with plenty of view and fresh air, clean and tidy hotel. Never sleep well in a hotel, but here I had no problem of dozing off and waking refreshed. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast with freshly baked bread and good croissants. Bargain for the value!
May sound dull, but I have no idea what could have been better.

Really comfortable bed and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was excellent and amazing value for money. The hotel was located around 8 minutes out of the city so very quiet at night but within easy reach of beautiful Maastricht

It was located nearby city . Almost 15min by bicycle.
Has no Airco . Our room had no view to outside .

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, enough parking space, nice beers and a reasonable breakfast. The room was huge with a good shower and it was also comfortably fresh in the room. The dinner choice was not spectacular but adequate for a hungry bunch that had been outdoors all day.

People are very nice and helpful. It is very clean. The food at the restaurant is delicious.
The weather was very hot and the fan was not enough efficient during the night.

The surroundings are flabbergasting, very quiet and in close connection with nature, the mattress is also very comfortable, great smart TV, all in all a great place to get fully charged after a full day
The room has no minibar/small fridge also, I suppose the walls are rather thin since I could hear the neighbours in the room above me and next to me

The rooms where perfectly clean, comfortable and pleasure to be in, there is a big TV with netflix, you can have breakfast for 12,5 euro which i would recommend, the bikes are 13.5 euro per day and can be used to get to the center. Free parking
It is a bit further from city center.
If your window is facing the road then it can be a bit louder during the night.

Pleasant and quiet location, kind and friendly staff.
There was a funny smell in the room. I couldn’t figure out what was that and it was late we arrived so just didn’t complain and went to sleep. Asides that, in the morning I realised that the bad sheet was not clean at all.
