Very clean, modern and well maintained. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Dining area for breakfast was a little stark. Breakfast itself was ok, standard fare.

nothing about the property, but the fact I searched for hotels with breakfast and I thought I paid for breakfast.. unfortunately was told no at the hotel and had no way of proving.

The location is great to reach central as there is a train station 1 minute walk away.

The property did not have any plug sockets near the bed side, only available plug there to use was the plug socket behind the TV. The shower was not clean when I arrived and the pillow case had a stain on it. I also did not appreciate how one of the hotel staff member racially profiled me and threatened to call the police on me for no apparent reason. The behaviour I received was hostile which made my stay super uncomfortable and feeling fearful. It was difficult for me to enjoy my stay because of the xenophobic treatment I received. I also did not understand why I needed to return my room key back to the hotel staff each time I popped out to start my day, there was no explanation given to me why I needed to do this when I have all my personal belongings in that room to be safe, which also made me not feel safe at all during my stay. I have stayed in 1 star hotels before and not experienced anything like this.

Reservation for car parking before arrive, and the car parking is ok if it will be reserved in time.

The bathroom was nice, big mirror, good view of the city. The staff was nice. Everything was clean.
