Es stimmte das ganze Paket. Empfang sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Restaurant sehr gute Speisekarte, Frühstück für jeden was dabei und Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bedarf schon etwas Renovierung aber um kein Missverständnis aufkommen zu lassen: sauber und ordentlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht ganz auf dem neusten Stand aber dem Standard und dem Preis absolut passend.

Room was larger than the one we had last year when we stayed, ideal as we have 2 dogs

Receptionist in the morning when i was taking my dogs out for a walk, spoke to me in German, I asked her if she could speak English as I only speak a little German, she told me I should not be in this larger room, the night manager made a mistake the day before for putting us in this room, she also did this to another English couple (my Partner overheard this), when I came back with my dogs the room key would not work, I went down to reception 3 times to have it re-programmed, it did not work, i suspect she may have done this on purpose to annoy me, well it worked. I had to pack my car, take my dogs out of the room (I could not leave them in the room, in case we couldn't get back in) and tie them up outside and then go to breakfast, I was so angry I couldn't eat which was such a shame as all other staff and the breakfast are very good, this one lady ruined my stay and we will not come back, she is a disgrace and should not be in a customer service role.

Location was good. Comfortable and wifi was excellent

They won't allow use of the sauna till 4pm.
