Location. View. Balcony.
Space and self-contained apartment.
Air con. Secure parking.
A bit of a surprise that we had to pay a €150 deposit to be returned only after we had cleaned the apartment ourselves! Whilst this wasn’t a big deal for us as we’re quite tidy people and ‘leave as we find’ (or better!), this was not clear at the time of booking.
Garage was dimly lit and floor surface was pretty dilapidated, meaning negotiating large holes whilst parking a motorcycle!

Functional apartment, with all essentials, space enough, very well situated
Apartment not really clean, staff complaining about predecessors in apartment who seem to have left the apartment in a very bad shape. I understand the fact is an issue, but it should not be reported to other clients nor be mentioned that « everything will go well if the flat is clean when you leave » and then finding a flat that was not cleaned up to what I would call a high standard.
