Hotel Parker - Gruppo BLAM HOTELS

Good location. Close to Termini & bus stop is 200 mtrs. Staffs are wonderful, sweet and friendly.

AC wasn’t working. But it was manageable as everything else was good.

Front desk staff were exceptional. Khadija (maybe misspelled) went above and beyond to make us welcome. Location close to the station was excellent for our visit but don’t walk it with heavy luggage the cobbles do not make it easy. The breakfast and coffee provided by the management at no cost was a nice surprise.

The air conditioner in our room never came on although it was set at 73.

The location was convenient to go to Termini station and getting to and from airport. Breakfast was alright.

The room was very small. Could have been taken cared more. When we asked to pre order a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night for an early morning flight, staff confirmed it with the price 55€, and possible charge for a night time, which Im not sure is legitimate. When we got down a bit earlier and asked if we could call it earlier, the other staff member didn’t know if it was ordered or no, we were waiting for 20 minutes for him to figure it out, listening not appropriate jokes along the way. Then he told us that the price was 75€, and he called it now, as he wasn’t sure if it was pre ordered. Then he canceled it and told us we have to wait. Looked super sketchy to us, so we ended up ordering an Uber, while the receptionist proceeded following us outside telling that we cannot do that.

Lage ist zentral. Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel wird anscheinend nach und nach modernisiert, das Farbkonzept hat uns sehr gefallen.

Sehr hellhörig. Man hört nahezu alles vom Nebenzimmer, insbesondere die Toilettenspülung. So laut, dass man davon aufwacht. Mit Fenster schlafen ist nicht möglich, da es durch Tram und Züge doch recht laut ist.
