Location, detailed instructions, terrace garden with view

This apartment was excellent in every way. Location, parking facilities, cleanliness, owners and an amazing garden for relaxing time under the shade of fig and orange trees. It was the highlight of our two-weeks Adriatic coast trip.

The only thing we didn't like is that our stay was too short.

The procimity to old town and beach was ten mins and airport transfer was just outside the front foor

Generally hard to fault - it is exactly as the pictures depict. (Maybe one thing is that the shared walkway is just outside the door/windows. The communal area is shared with only 3-4 other families and everyone eats out as the restaurants are so close so it was actually quiet and didn’t bother us)

Superb location, with easy access to Dubrovnik. Apt was not too big, but just about the right size. Nice shower too.

The location was perfect, the garage even small and expensive was a very big advantage, it was very clean and the owner was very gentle.

The furniture, electric appliance and general the interior of the apartment needs a renovation. It is obvious that many people passed from it.

Small, clean and calm apartment, equipped with everything what is needed for a short stay. The biggest advantages are 1) location: it's very close to the old town (just a few minutes walk), 2) parking: with additional fee it offers parking place which is generally problematic in Dubrovnik. Host was also very helpful and communicative. Generally, excellent place if you visit Dubrovnik for 1-2 days! Highly recommended.

It's on a busy street but you are quite a bit above street level and at night you need to close the windows anyways for the AC to work.

3min walk to Vrata od Buze. Excellent food and backeri close by. Parking available for a reasonable fee. Best communication I've had with a property host in over 15 years.

Apartments Zicara is one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever been. It's really comfortable, nice with everything you can need for a vacation. Bathroom clean, big well equipped with steam shower cabin. Two rooms, one with king size bed and another with two sigle beds. Small but efficient kitchen and big terrace with high-quality furniture and view to Mincheta and cable car and the sea on the other side. Apartment is so close to Ploce gate and Banje beach that you can reach them in few minutes by walk down some stairs. It isn't far away also from Pile gate. For other destinations there is bus stop across the street.

Everything was perfect, I can't find anything to complain about. Also I have to say: Special thanks to the owner for garage place for our car, we really appreciate this service!!
