The hotel is in a good location, easy to reach. Hotel rooms are clean, welcoming. Internet connection is good.

Parking is really narrow. Breakfast could be better for the price.

Great location, very close to the city center. The room we were in was very spacious and clean, and the bed was extra large. We didn't have any view (were looking at the ACs in the backyard), but we weren't there for the view. The breakfast officially starts from 07:00h, but since we were going on day trips earlier, they have some simpler version of breakfast from 06:00h already.

If you are not speaking Spanish, it's a bit difficult to communicate with the afternoon/night reception staff, but everyone is very kind...

Everything we like ,The super friendly reception, especially beautiful lady Nealea , she is very helpful ,when my husband lost backbag in bus no 7 ,she help us contact the bus company and call her assistance follow us to bus station take our bag, we appreciate for her help .
