Very good located and equiped apartments. The pool is with fantastic view to sea. Pool is cleaned every morning. Appartment is equiped with all necessary, very clean. Sea is apr. 2 minutes walk. Highly recommend apartments.

Perfekt view on the sea from apartment and the pool. Pool was clean and maintained every day. The beach is only 2 minutes away. The apartment and the villaga was very tranquil (low season). Both hosts were very friendly.

Location and the size of the house. Comfy beds and beautiful and relaxing pool with a great view of the beach. Roco, the host, was very attentive and super friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting the whole family during our stay. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 min drive to the city where you find a big shopping center and market.

The apartments are very nice, modernly furnished. The environment is carefully looked after, maintained daily. The biggest advantage for children was that there was a swimming pool in the yard. Next to the main road, so it was convenient to go by car to other cities. There was always a parking space after traveling.

The beaches in this area have fine pebbles, gentle descent, ideal for families with small children. Since in our family the main requirement for a beach was to be able to dive, we always went somewhere south.

The property was a good choice for a trip with kids. First of all, the location was great, walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Peaceful town yet pretty close to famous tourists destinations such as Syberic, Primosten or Split. Beach with gravel, clean water and beautiful views. Also, breathtaking sunsets and sea view from the upper floors of Villa Matea. There is a nice pool at the property with view onto the sea. Quite well maintained and cleaned regularly, although I’ve noticed some slime building on the top edges of the pool. Water not heated during our stay in August but the weather was so hot that this wasn’t a problem. The property itself is quite well preserved although it’s not brand new. Kitchen well equipped, nice fridge and stove. Comfortable beds. Nice and clean bathrooms. Some things need replacing though, such as the balcony set that was literally falling apart. Also the owners should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the walls in the rooms and either clean the dirty stains or renovate them. In general, our stay at Villa Matea was really nice and memorable. I would definitely recommend the place for a summer getaway with kids.
