Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk! Helt nede ved stranden. Stille og rolig. Alle bungalowene har sjøutsikt. De som driver stedet er veldig hyggelige og fikser det meste:) de har ett bra kjøkken med en god meny:) hyttene er trivelige med en liten balkong du kan nyte solnedgang fra. Vi hadde egentlig booket bare 2 netter med ble 6.

Ingen kjøleskap på rommet. Å badet var ekstremt fuktig.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Die Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Und durch die Lage wurden wir mehr als entschädigt. Ao Si Beach ist für uns sicher der schönste Strand auf der Insel.

Alles positiv! Wir wurden am Pier mit dem Auto abgeholt, Gepflegte Anlage (Garten), sauberer Strand. Obwohl nur wenige dort waren, war die Küche auch am Abend geöffnet. Sehr nettes Personal, hat uns am Abend mehrmals ein Lagerfeuuer am Strand gemacht.

Dusche hatte kein warmwasser Boiler.

Was looking for a more relaxed and less busy place and they smashed it out the park. The beach is essentially private, being literally off the beaten path and with rocks on either side creating a cove, great for swimming and the huts are fantastically positioned. The best thing though were the very helpful family who run it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had the resort to myself due to low season. Fantastic location and friendly staff!

You need a motorbike, but that’s the same for everywhere on Koh Jum.

We received a warm welcome from staff who were very friendly. The location is brilliant, right on the very quiet, clean beach. The grounds are lovely, very well kept and tidy. It's walking distance to some bars further along the beach and a couple of restaurants inland. There is a restaurant on site which is great as they can do breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was always delicious and not overpriced. The menu was quite extensive as well. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was very comfy and had a brand new mosquito net. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We stayed in a fan only room but it was more than sufficient as the sea breeze was wonderful at night. There was a cold shower only but I actually love that and in the heat do you even need hot water?! We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing stay and were sad we didn't have the time to stay longer. We would definitely stay again.

We liked everything.

The place impresses especially with its great location. We had a bungalow with AC in the first row and a fantastic view of the sea and sunsets. The AC ran perfectly and quietly, the bed was comfortable. The beach is cleaned every day and the grounds are well kept. The beach slopes gently and has few stones, so you can swim even at low tide. The staff was friendly and helpful. The other guests are travelers who are looking for peace and quiet and with whom you can quickly get into conversation, making it a pleasant and relaxed place. The food in the restaurant is good, the cappuccino is the best I've had in Thailand for a long time 😀 If you are looking for a simple, quiet and friendly place, it is good at Sun Smile.

You have to be aware that it is a simple place. It was cleaned only every 2 days, which is not so comfortable especially regarding the bathroom when shower and toilet are in one and you always throw your paper in a bucket. The equipment especially around bathroom was old and very "Thai" 😉 The towels were a little stained and there is no extra for the beach. Laundry is 80 Baht/ kilo. We know some other places, also on islands and compared to this the price/quality ratio was not the best, even if it is a cheap place.

If I awash getting really picky the deck chairs in the beach could do with an overhaul.

wonderful view from the balcony. spacious room, basic but cheap. Excellent staff who arranged all our trips & transfers. Will definitely return to Sun smile.

I loved it here. Wonderful seaview. Wonderful rooms for the price and close to a quiet beach a few restaurants and some reggaebars. My stay was so healing here that I went back a couple of days later (had only booked 3 nights and after that it was fullt booked)and got a more luxurious room with hot water and AC. My first bungalow was higher up on the hill with a fan and cold water. But I believe it was so hot in Thailand for me that you do not really need hot water all the time. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony overlooking the stars and the moon in the evening. I also love the sounds of crickets in the early evening. As some people stated some lizards can show up but the are just so cute. I actually though the first one I saw was a fake one because the hardly move.

Nothing was bad.

Our second time here and it didn't disappoint at all. Perfect location right on the beach. Simple bungalow but clean and comfy with all you need. Lovely attentive friendly people look after you and they serve really good food. It's great value for money too. We will be back. Thank you.

Nothing to dislike here.

We loved it! Cozy little cottages directly on the beach. Simple but very clean. Beautiful property with a great "vibe". Sunbeds, chairs etc on the beach. Nice little restaurant. Staff was very nice and helpful!!

Nothing negative to mention for us. The cottages are very simple, small bathroom, but thats what we expected/wanted.

Great value for honestly the best beach I’ve seen on Koh Jum. Bungalows are sparse but clean.

The view from the balcony is to die for. There are plenty of sun chairs on the beach. It’s clean. The food at the restaurant is good.

It’s old and rustic. No too well maintained. It was supposed to be a travel sustainable hotel, but there was no water dispenser, just bottled water, and the soap and shampoo were individually packaged.

Beautiful location on a stunning beach on the completely unspoilt and undeveloped island of Koh Jum. If you're looking for night life and 24 hour partying, you've come to the wrong place - go to Phi Phi. If you are looking for the ultimate chill out and relaxing holiday away from it all, this is bang on. You won't find a better place.

Nothing. The bungalows are very basic, but they are spotlessly clean and have everything you need. The worst thing was leaving! We wish we could have stayed.

Excellent location, nice and quiet, right on a beautiful beach with lovely palm trees. Very friendly and professional stuff and owners. Beautiful sunsets, fire on the beach, delicious cocktails;)
