The host was very friendly and helpful. Quiet location out of town. The chalets have a lot of character and it was good having an eating area as there were 4 of us together.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and there are some maintenance issues (freezer needed defrosting and one of the bedroom vents wouldn’t close easily. Also leak in main bedroom window). The water was dangerously hot. The equipment in the kitchen is very basic.

More friendly by the host; they had more services that we coulda have use.

The private lodge was exactly what we needed after Chile. The location has beautiful views of Lago Argentina, very short drive to town and some good restaurants closer. Staff was so nice and took time to make sure we had everything we needed to make our experience the best.

-Super quiet location.
-Small but practical kitchen.
-Far from the center, around 2km, a car is recommended if you're not into walking.
-Due to the location (open area in front of the lake) it gets very windy. Not the cabin's fault.

Absolutely everything. Such a warm welcome from the hosts who made us feel at home and went out of their way to help us. And the cabin..WOW! such a beautiful setting, super cosy with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. And it was outstandingly clean! Gracias por todo!

Cozy cabanas at the outskirts of El Calafate. Great for travelers who have a rental car. Comfortable, great owner/host, friendly atmosphere. They even did our laundry for us - for free.

Charming and cosy cabin with excellent views of Lago Argentino. Sandra and Patricio were excellent hosts and took time to show us the place and gave us tips on where to explore. We highly recommend this place!

Let me tell you something: I already travelled to a lot of places but this one was, by far, one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. When I saw the photos, I already was expecting a beautiful place but this exceeded every expectation I've had. I got the cabin at the top of the hill, and oh my god, on the first day it was a sunny day and words can't describe the view you have of the lake, the sky and El Calafate. The garden in front of the chalet is also the cherry on the cake. Very colorful and incredible well mantained.
Also on the first day, I was able to see the sunset from the porch on the chalet and for real, I almost cried. It is so beautiful that I really got emotional.
The chalet itself is simple, but confortable and clean enough. The host is very friendly and help you with everything. I had a lot of questions before my travel and he answered every one of them.
To sum it up: don't think twice and go to this place. You will love it.
The wifi didn't worked well most of the time. Actually, even cellphone internet doesn't worked well up there. The location is quite away from city downtown (like 7 minutes by car I think) so it would be better if you have a rented car.

Very nice location with an amazing view. The house is perfect for 3-4 persons.
Kitchen stuff could have been a bit cleaner. But that’s definitely a minor topic.

Helpful hosts!
Bed duvet did not have a cover, which I think it’s not hygienic. Also the warm water was barely enough to take 1 warm shower (the pressure was also not that great).
