Elegance

Being so close to Roma Termini and restaurants. The place was clean.

The temperature in the shower was hard to adjust. It was either hot or cold. The floor inside the shower is slippery. They must provide a non slip shower mat. There was a stove but I can’t understand why it couldn’t be used. The toilet seat was loose. My bed linen was not changed until the fifth day.

Close to Roma Termini

I was located across the road from Elegance in another building so called for “single rooms” The room was tired and neglected. The quilt on the bed was old and didn’t smell fresh, the room was musty, only 1 flat pillow and no blanket. No fridge or access to jug. The toilet leaked after flushing. A maintenance man fixed the toilet and an extra pillow and blanket was provided. The owner emailed me a day prior to my arrival that aircon would be an extra $10 daily. After I complained she withdrew this fee. The owner offered full refund if I wanted to relocate but because I had tours booked that was not possible so I stayed put.
