Not much. Its not very far from main street maybe. Safe box and mosquito tablets.

1/3 is very very small, like in army and it looks also like that. Furniture old and modest. Bathroom also small.

easy to find, parking at the place market and restaurant nearby beach in 10min bus stop to city or airport in 1min owner helpful daily cleaning

perhaps nothing. only that there could be sugar, salt, oil in the kitchen.

Great location for the beach and walking to Argostoli. Bus stop at the end of the road. Very clean apartment and friendly owner who checked everything was ok. Cleaned daily, comfy beds and had a pleasant stay. Value for money 🙂

The kettle needed de-scaling and the cups were on the small side

Location is the best, because it's near the main bus runs from Airport to Argostoli (bus stop Lassi), there is market with everything runs till midnight, beside is bancomat Eurobank (transaction costs 2,5€), a lot of restaurants 50 m away, one of the beautifulest beach Gradakia with nice beach bar directly below the apartment. You can walk to the center Argostoli (20 minutes) or rent a scooter, take a taxi - they are everywhere. Almost all renting houses wants you to rent scooter, quad or car minimum for three days. Most of the rent a cars were from the CBR company, we rent a scooter for only one day at the company Rentabikekefalonia on the way to Argostoli center, guys were so nice and flexible. One day 25€/scooter and they also rent professional bikes and do repairs on them to. Owner of the apartment send us a message just an hour after we do the reservation at Booking and waits us at the apartment after we call him from the airport. He is so friendly, show us everything and didn't come "to check flat" anymore. He has 6 - 8 apartments in that house. Apartments has better equipment than other where we stayed for similar price around Europe. It has kitchenette (two pots, pan, kettle, glasses, spoons, new sponge and washing gel... everything to cook lunch and clean it), it has air condition, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, liquid against mosquitos, luckiliy there was none), at the balcony is tenda, rope for dry laundry. Apartment is very clean and very good for the value.

Nothing specific. In the future, they can change old doors, but who cares for that. :) There were a lot of cats around, so I recommend to close wooden doors at the balcony before they could enter. Those cats are everywhere around island.
