The room is a litte small, but terrace, kitchen and bathroom is perfect.

The light inside the room isn't good - way too bright and no "night lamps/Bed lamps"

Small steep hill to walk back from the town, but very close to the centre.

This is a perfect location: 300 m from the beach and also from the historical town. We did a 3-generation family trip, and it was perfect for my 83-year-old mother, for my 16-year-old daughter and for everyone in between. We loved the beach. It is mostly rocky but there are also a sandy bays in walking distance if that is what you prefer. It is very clean, there is a restrom and a changing boot. It was not very crowded, though we were there in the busiest week in August. You have everything in the apartments: AC, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI etc... that you possibly need, and they are beautifully maintained. Our hosts were great, always available and gave great tips about the island from restaurants to boat trips. If we are lucky enough to go to Krk again this will be my choice of stay for sure.

Nice, clean, cozy flat, we lowed the shower corner in the bathroom :) One can find there all needed equipment. Place is close to the sandy sea - perfect for kids. Lots of restaurants/bars around. Krk city center is also close from the apartment and it is worth to see.. Groceries, bakery, farmacy.... all waking distance..

To have have max comfort I suggest to limit the max number of guests to 4-5 persons (booking.com allows 6+1 people). We had a roof top terrace with sun umbrella but it only covers it partially so you need to hide elsewhere during a hot day. We had a big apartment for 7 people so we came with 2 cars but parking allowance is only one per flat so second car needs to be parked elsewhere but owner will share options.
