This apartment is so beautiful, well thought out and gorgeously decorated: comfortable beds that are firm but not hard, full kitchen with herbs, oil and more, well appointed bathrooms and little touches that made me want to live there. Its location is perfect for Matera because you can drive up to the door with your car, but walk out of the door, across the courtyard and down some steps and you are in the labyrinth of of the old town (no cars, walking only). Our family of 5 used three beds, one of which is a fold out in the living room (which had a curtain to make the living room private). The place is so fine - sliding glass door to keep the bedrooms quiet from the rest of the apartment, three porches (one off the kitchen, one off the living room, and a full deck on the roof with a couch and apholstered chairs that is sublime. We accidentally broke a plate while we were there. I told the host and he said not to worry about it, just have a good time. Love this place and would certainly stay again.

This apartment is a two story walk up, which isn't too bad. The good part is that since it is the top floor, it has its own deck on the roof.

Could not fault a thing- Roberto was so so lovely, and so helpful, always quick to respond. The terrace is amazing, the rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Was such a great location with everything very close and easy to get around the beautiful city

This is a great property. Not situated in the middle of old town, but right outside. Great location for families with a short walk to everything. Property is on the 2nd floor with a 3rd floor balcony. Great layout and perfect for an extended stay. Breakfast was store bought pastries, milk, cereal, coffee, tea.

The plaace is super comfy, crystal clean with all amendities and city view from roof terrace. Loction perfect, few steps from parking options, fresh food market and Sissi. Direct access to good restaurants. Roberto is wonderfull host. The pictures do not reflect how beautiful and spacious the appartment is. Beds super comfy!

the score would be at 10 if not the breakfast that was in sweet options only (sweet youghurts, sweet juices, jaams, nutella, sweet croissants). I am diabetic and was not counting on dedicated food but actually there was not any single product that was sugar-free.

Everything is incredibly great! Clean, great location, the host is really nice, beautiful apartment, recently renewed, the terraces are great, nice view, I would recommend it 200%!!

All was great

We were greeted warmly by Roberto and Gabby and shown to the beautiful property. They provided lots of breakfast items which we can help ourselves! The beds were super comfortable and everything functioned perfectly, we have 3 balconies to chill out in and the super convenient location made ‘popping out’ to see the sights so easy. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay! Note: there is paid parking very near the accommodation and also free parking further out, just drive around and check road restrictions.
