Location was great. Staff was friendly but some like housekeeper did not seem to understand or speak English. She was smiling and nodded but not understanding.

Door in bathroom stuck and drug across the floor, it was very difficult for us to move. Housekeeper was asked for additional toilet paper on the 4th day when she came to clean the room. She didn't leave any, also she didn't sweep the sand from the bathroom. A call to the front desk was needed to get the toilet paper, we then received it. The drawers in the chest fell off the tracks when they were opened and closed. The water pressure in bathroom sink was very little. The kitchen sinks pressure was good.

Nothing was as I expected, I paid over $300 a night thinking it will be more luxurious or more high end it felt more like a 1 to 2 star hotel.

Location was great! Easy access to beach & boardwalk. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. Valet

Valet system needs improvement. Took long time to get car. Wish there was a sit down bar in pool area.

Self parking is as a walk and not in a good park of town!! Front of facility was not clean. The pictures are deceiving.

Looked like was in upscale area and far from it! Not safe to walk alone.

on the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. There is a restaurant inside of the property food is good and the portions are large. there is a bar did not try it. There is an indoor pool but smells like bleach. overall I love it.

Bed was not comfortable felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. Carpet is outdated and torn called maintenance about it no one came. The room we were in was clean but does need a overhaul with updating we were on the 19th floor maybe the renovations did not make it up there.

I enjoy the location, indoor pool and restaurant and bar. This is the place I book every time I visit this beach.

I normally don’t have any complaints but the quality of the food in the restaurant isn’t the same. I usually enjoy the food but this time, it wasn’t too good. Also, my room smelled like wet clothes and the room was really warm where the beds were at.

My kids were really excited about the waterslides inside, however only one of them was opened during our stay.

Location was awful! As soon as we got there people living on the street started asking for money unfortunately we didn't have any cash with us, then they proceeded to follow us to almost entrance of hotel hollering weird stuff. Needless to say both my kids were scared and it made us feel very unsafe the whole stay. Please make your vacations more pleasant and stay elsewhere if your traveling with kids to avoid this type of situations. Pool area definitely needed some work as far as cleaning. Lastly, when I was checking in the person who checked me in took a phone call while she was checking me in and did not explain to me anything as far as stay, she pretty much just took my payment and that was it. Later I found out they gave welcoming little bag with waters inside. Very disappointing!
