Room was on a high floor with a sea view balcony.- very quiet. Hotel is located on a quiet street & short walk to buses. Breakfast was OK , but disappointing. WiFi okReception desk people, Juliet, Olga & Bijay were very nice & helpful. Olga was excellent in getting us transportation to the airport as we had 4 large bags. Overall would recommend staying here.
No real hot water in shower & lacked shower water power. Breakfast had many items but quality lacking.

Great location ,, great breakfast, lovely rooftop pool and view,, great size room , and balcony
Had to ask 4 times to fix the smell in the bathroom,, unfortunately it was fixed two day before we left after staying for a week

The location of the hotel was very good. We liked the lobby area, the evening bar, and the sauna with the pool
Very good and fast Wi-Fi, Beautiful Xmas decoration down stairs!
Breakfast was included, but it was quite basic. The food was the same every day, with no variety, and by the last days it started to feel repetitive.
It was very noisy, with poor sound insulation. The bathroom had no proper isolation at all, even the door had no lock and felt like it was just hanging. The hotel clearly needs a serious renovation. We expected more comfort and coziness; the interior looks outdated, like a renovation from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
