Amabilitatea personalului - cu exceptia personalului maghiar care nu a avut, din pacate aceeasi atitudine! Felicitari pentru recrutarea strainilor, sunt toti de nota 10!

Bardzo dobre sniadania.

Pokój pomalowany czesciowo. Wyposazenie z lat 90. Nie działajace oswietlenie w lusterku do makijazu. Kawa, herbata, woda mineralna nie były uzupelniane codziennie.

Only the breakfast was good.The spa facilities were crowded with people that they were not hotel guests, so as a result it wasn’t convenient and quiet for relaxation and sauna was not working.Many kids were playing and didn’t meet the rules and nobody cared.Although the pools seemed nice were not as we expected..

In general the bedroom was old fashioned with dirty walls and carpets.The most dirty and inconvenient bathroom !!Very old bathroom faucets and leaking shower with rust.No toilet brush !!!!!!During booking the picture had a different and more modern bathroom..Also there was a cracked area on the bathroom floor and mold areas in the bedroom and yellow stains in one of the quilt cover..But the most disgusting during out stay was the lack of cleaning service!!4 days and we asked them Kindly to clean on the second day at the front desk first and they didn’t!!The third day we asked kindly our floor housekeeping to take away the trash and the bathroom at least..The result??When we came back late afternoon they had taken away the trash only but the bathroom was still dirty with hair and they had even removed our toothbrushes and were facing the bathroom mirror so we had to put them to trash!!Also one brand new deodorant was missing and also I found my new nail polish open and stinky and almost empty!!! I haven’t seen worst cleaning service in my life from a 4star hotel!!You destroyed our stay and made us feel so uncomfortable and unhappy!!!100euros per day for that service…shame on you!!We read other reviews as well and they have the same opinion…Please don’t respond back we don’t want to hear from you ever again!!! As for the room service that we ordered once,the fries were burnt!

Pentru un hotel de 4 stele nu se respectă.camerele vechi,cu mobila veche ,sărit smaltul din baie mocheta pătată și murdară.

A reggelinél fantasztikus volt a kínálat és minden finom volt. A fürdőrészleg a kedvencünk. Nekem különösen a meleg termálvizes medence tetszik. Akár egy órát is képes vagyok benne ülni és relaxálni.

A 136-os szobában a mosdókagyló el volt törve. Össze volt ragasztva, de csak amatőr módon. Fehér cementtel vagy fehér fugázóanyaggal szépen ki lehetett volna javítani úgy, hogy alig látszott volna a repedés. Egy kicsit lehangoló volt. A jobb oldali ágy mellett a fal össze volt koszolva, az alján a földnél eltérő színű fehér, feltűnő javítás látszott. Emlékeztünk rá, hogy a porta mellett lévő zongorán kívül a fürdőrészlegben is volt egy zongora, amit hátul eldugva meg is találtunk. A feleségem ki is próbálta, de nagyon le van hangolva, igényesebb zongorázni tudó vendégnek használhatatlanul. Valamint szék sem volt mellette, amire leülve lehetett volna rajta játszani. Egy odahúzott fotel karfájára tudott csak kényelmetlenül mellé ülni. Javasolnám a használhatatlan zongora eltávolítását.

Wygodne łóżka, telefon w toalecie. Dobre śniadania. Blisko węzeł komunikacyjny: tramwaj, autobus,pociąg.

Thermalbecken waren teilweise nicht benutzbar , da sie von einer großen Anzahl ballspielender Kinder besetzt waren . Die Vorzüge des Thermalwassers könnten wir leider nicht genießen.

Il personale è molto accoliente, disponibile, veloce. Colazione buono e variato.

Ls struttura è vecchia, ma ben tenuta. Abbiamo prenotato il hotel x usare spa centro, ma hanno 3 saune tra quì 2 non lavoravano. Posizione non è molto comoda. Se volete visitare il centro storico e passeggiare - megloo prendere il hotel da altra parte del fiume.
