The grounds and facilities of the hotel are great. Very good for kids, as has plenty to do including swimming , children's center, splash parks, park equipment. Also entertainment every day. Location very near beach which is clean. Near restaurants and shops. Breakfast selection is plenty and loved the fresh omelettes. Rooms had good facilities including fridge microwave washing equiment and cutlery. Rooms were a good size.

The rooms could use an upgrade. Didn't feel like a 4 star room Sometimes it felt quite cold in the rooms as no heating option in room. Wasn't fond of the bathroom which was a walk in shower .

Great place for a holiday with children. Lots of pools and other facilities spread out over a big domain so that there is always a place where it isn't too crowded.

Dinner was a bit too chaotic. There were not enough seats for children. Two single beds with single bed linen instead of a double bed.

Great location with enough privacy thanks to the arrangement of the apartment houses. It all felt very cozy and convenient, The pool was right in front of our door, with a bar and breakfast-place next to it. There was a lot of free parking place on the streets too, you could easily park within a minute from your door. The main street with restaurant and the beach were all within 10min walking. I'd definitely come back again.

Just small things really... like the sharp blue light from the electric switch in front of the bed. But we covered it with paper and could sleep well. I'd also appreciate a washing machine in the area for those who want to stay longer.

Delicious food, great entertainment team with amazing shows and mini-disco, great kids club, many nice swimming pools and playgrounds, close to shops, spacious rooms

Internet was not working at all most of the time.

Good variety of food in location, especially breakfast. Pool staff and cleaning staff were exceptional and very helpful. Manager quickly resolved problem we had with rude member of his staff who turned us away at dinner .

Told we could pay for dinner. Went to do so but was rudely turned way by staff member. There needs to be clarity on whether you can pay or not so this doesn't happen again. Asked to keep room out at end of stay was told we couldn't. Then my wife asked following morning and they realised it was her who was turned away from restaurant days earlier and gave her extension. Perhaps they should have just gave it me in the first place as they clearly had the space but lied.. TV glitches a lot.

Love resort had everything very well spaced out for families

Bar closed at 11 every night and started removing cushions from bar chairs at 10:40. As they were wicker with holes in them it made it impossible to sit comfortably in them after that.

The resort is huge so it never gets crowded even when it's full. There are enough pools and sunbeds for everyone. There was a lot to do for kids: entertainment, playgrounds, splash pads, pools. The rooms are spacious and nice and clean. The staff are very friendly aand professional.

The pools were great and our apartment was overlooking the pool.

We had a power cut (understandable) due to this happening often in Majorca apparently. Unfortunately at the same time we had no water. Not acceptable and must have been due to the power cut. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude and said it happens all the time we don't know why and cant do anything about it. Not having electric (air conditioning) is one thing but having no running water in 30+ degree heat is not acceptable. If it 'Happens all the time" as staff suggested they should make people aware that they may have to go without water or maintain the property so power cuts dont cause the water to switch off. They advertised both at booking on the website and on the TV in the apartment a laundrette with washers and driers open 10am -5pm and when I asked to use it to clean our towels to pack to take home I was told I can't use it but there washing machine (at the furthest point of the resort) but i would need to buy washing powder and no dryer. The staff again didn't were rude and unhelpful and couldn't apologise or explain why it was advertised and not available. She said only the staff can use it - which clearly means it was in working condition! I ended up handwashing items. We asked to book a taxi on one of the days, after waiting over half an hour I returned to ask the reception desk where our taxi was. She said 'Oh they don't always come its been over half an hour they probably aren't coming'. She asked if I wanted to book another taxi I asked if this one would arrive she said she didn't know its just how it is. She never told us this when we waited for half an hour and was rude and unapologetic about it not arriving. The Sofa beds in the front room were really dirty and when I requested clean sheets on the 3rd night the cleaner was rude and didn't want to change them - but she ended up doing it but not cleaning the rest of the property properly instead.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean.

The pools generally had tiles coming off and my kids cut their feet in A block pool. The dining hall was far too hot and there wasn’t another bar open on site that was away from the kids show. The large shower heads in the rooms were covered in limescale.

Nice people at reception desk, pool bar and mini markets.

Poor function on aircondition in our apartment. They sent a serviceman, but did not help much. We asked three times for floor fans, but did not receive any. Wifi is not working and useless! In 2022… Cleaning in pool area seabreeze is very bad, dirty and messy area. Nobody takes responsibility to clean this area. Very bad service that youth people 13 years old is not allowed at gym together with and supervised by parents.

The resort has lots of things to do for the kids, the beds are comfortable and the restaurant food was good.

The chaos of the first day. The pools were quite disgusting, dirty with papers and plastics inside with green lime on the walls... We found broken glasses in the room the second day and asked for the lady to come and clean, this was at midday and the didnt come earlier, i insisted and nothing. i called reception and the rude girl with accent on the phone asked me why i didnt call reception before, she was not apologetic at all. the towels were always with stains, and the bed sheets smelled like feet. The beach is far with kids and the port which is very nice in the eves, is like 30 min walk...
