Great location, good atmosphere, very helpful on all my requests

The property has one of the best locations with easy access to cafes, stores and usual meeting places. It has excellent rooms, showers and facilities. Due to war conditions there is also convenient underground. Very special thanks to staff who not only welcomed with great hospitality but offered to adjust reservation to part-time payment for early arrival (instead of extra nigth) as well - offered changing facilities and a shower even after checkout. Thank you!

While I usually love this hotel when I’m staying there, I have to admit that this time the payment process was a big disappointment for me. There was no indication that the hotel expects the payment to be done at the reception or via Portmone service, so I assumed it would just charge the card I indicated while booking. I booked a room for a work visitor and got a surprise call from them when upon arriving they could not check in because the hotel expected a payment from them in person. When I talked to the hotel receptionist via phone, they informed me that for some reason they couldn’t charge the card I indicated while booking the room. Because of the corporate mechanisms at my workplace, it was very painful to rearrange this payment and caused a delay during which my visitor was forced to wait at the reception. While in the end it was solved (by me, not the hotel), a simple clarity at the booking stage could have prevented this disaster and I would simply choose a hotel that could charge the indicated card without causing trouble for my visitor.
