Location was close to main part of town and nice view over the river.

The gutters were overflowing & extremely noisy when it was raining right outside our room. Room was dusty and a musky smell.

We stayed in an upstairs room. The view of the lake was stunning. The room looked and smelled clean and was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The heater was on when we arrived. Shower was nice and hot. The man on the front desk was friendly. Wi-fi signal was strong and allowed us to use 3 devices with no signal issues. The pricing was great as we just wanted somewhere to sleep for the night passing through so didn't need anything too fancy.

The bathroom floor was uneven and showerhead was dripping all night. The floor creaked in spots when you walked. There was a small tear in the sheets (though they were otherwise soft and clean). We had a terrible sleep and felt unsafe. There were others staying in a neighbouring room who were drinking, swearing, playing music and speaking loudly until almost 4am. Walls were thin and we could hear everything they said. To give you an idea, my phone recorded 92 decibels at 12:37am! At one stage someone from another room yelled at them to keep it down, and they responded by telling him to come up and they would bash his head on the railings. I was too scared to walk by them to take my kids to the car and leave, and scared to call the police (if they would've even responded in a small town after midnight) because if we could hear their every word through the wall they would hear me calling and might react badly. This was awful after a long day of driving, and heading into another big day and needing to set off early with two young kids. I would usually say this is not necessarily the fault of the motel, but reading reviews afterwards many others mentioned this so it sounds as if it's an ongoing issue that need to be dealt with.

Was reasonably comfortable, easy to find & good for the price. It was also not far from our event so we didnt have to travel a long way after a really hot day !

No Bathroom light ..had to shower by the light outside the window. The light over the mirror also didnt work

Other guests had no respect for another's. Was loud as until 10ish and then at like 4am there was something going on outside. Swearing, yelling etc that continued on for an hour or so. Very uncomfortablez especially with 2 young kids

TV was able to stream content from phone so I was able to watch my favourite shows.

Room was not very clean, room did not have windows and the whole room smelled heavily of dogs, bed was broken and mattress very worn

The staff were exceptionally helpful..Many thanks to Ash for giving us a good room on the way back..it was so courteous of him
