i like the bathroom specially the shower

the location- its far from tye center and its cost us too much for taxi fare

Everything I expected.

First of all people at the reception does not even know how to say good morning or good afternoon to they're guests. We were given a room where in in when you take a shower water comes out from the tub, i told them about this and i was told to just turn the shower low. phone don't have dial tones, they told us they were going to get it fixed the following day. Also i was wondering if all hotels in Baguio dont have air condition? We had to open our windows just to get air. All food were too salty. In short we were not happy and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel looks nice in the pictures but wait until you see it. It's an OLD hotel.

good breakfast

i was not placed into a room with a good view while when i went to the hallway alot of rooms with good view are available same price as i paid

2nd time in 8 weeks. The room, the breakfast, and the kind staff didn’t disappoint, as usual.

Was able to check in past 2pm despite being there early. Not sure about their policy regarding assigned rooms, maybe a procedure applied for booking.com clients. I hope this wouldn’t happen again.

Gym was old and dusty

The place was clean, very comfy and the breakfast buffet was superb! The staffs were very friendly and accommodating.

Not much - from the moment we arrived the staff were not interested in helping. The breakfast was cold and the room very ordinary

The room was too small for what was in it. The coffee supplies was barely enough for one cup. The room was not serviced until after 3pm - hotel too far from downtown

Staff were very hospitable

Room was hot and we couldn’t lock the balcony door. WiFi/ internet was also weak.
