room was not clean toilet flush kept on stopping music so loud that our balcony door was shaking till 12am I would ask for towel they would give me 8/9 hrs later the food was absolutely terrible I paid all inclusive to just to get 2 dishes and also there was no cleaning service had to ask 6 time want my full refund if not atleast half

Wifi is not good and small plastic glasses for drinks at the buffet ( it makes you having to go and refill all the time )

the location was perfect, the staff were amazing accomodated us really well. we had some issues with the rooms we booked and the reception staff changed this for us multiple times without any hesitation. they wanted to ensure we was happy with the room and the sea view. Hakan the restaurant manager was amazing and always smiling he always greeted us for our meals made sure we were looked after and made us a mocktail.. very friendly professional and great customer service. the food menu and variety waa great had lots of veg halal options available…

the wifi keeps logging you out so have to sign in we didnt have housekeeping during our 2 night stay but wasnt a big issue as it was a short trip- didnt change our overall experience - largely positive.

Rooms were lovely and beds very comfy. Fabulous sea view from bedroom. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Beach beds were brand new. Excellent location

Food was Turkish style, which was great but it wasn't warm enough

First time we have stayed here and will definitely be retuning, lovely clean and modern rooms , cannot fault the staff went above and beyond to help us and special shout out to hakan who made us some lovely cocktails !! The beach is nice and quiet with a range of beds in the shade and sun. We will definitely be returning here later on in the season !

Modern Hotel with clean rooms, beautiful sea view, first line, helpful staff. Thanks to God, there weren't drunk aggressive russian tourists as in other hotels

Management of the Hotel should more closely monitor the renewal of dishes in the restaurant, there were cases when towards the end of the meal there were empty dishes, and tourists could not try the dishes that were on the menu

The hotel offers great value for the price: diverse, good-quality food; spacious dining room area with seating available outside with beautiful views on the sea and the beachfront walkway; rooms and bathrooms could use an upgrade but at the same time are simple and clean; comfortable pillows and mattress; nice staff in the dining area and Bekem at the front desk was very helpful; beautiful sea views and sunrises; hotel beach is conveniently located 20 meters across a small road; hotel is in a perfect location at the very end of the beachfront hotel row stretched from the city center to the hotel location; guests can enjoy immediate access to the beautiful green walkway along the sea to Ichmeler or you can take the beachfront walkway to the city center, both walkways allow bike riding; if you prefer to take a bus to the city center, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the bus stop and a 10 minute bus ride. The hotel's unique location at the very end of a curved side street behind the Marmaris Beach Turban hotel "shields" it from traffic noise on the main street throughout the day. At night, even if you leave the balcony door open, you can't hear the traffic and it's very quiet, unlike at other hotels on the waterfront where the noise can be heard throughout the day and at night because of the close proximity to the main road. There is a clothing store in the adjacent building where you can also buy esssntials e.g. sunscreen, water, etc. There are 2 nice bars in the immediate vicinity: Infinity Bar - a nice restaurant and bar with friendly staff, great food, its own beach and dance lessons in the evening. And Heaven DJ bar - if you feel like having a meal or drink on the water.

Before midnight, there is music in the bars near the hotel hence it's noisy. Objectively speaking though, you will hear music until midnight no matter which hotel you stay on the beachfront. If you close the balcony door, turn on AC or use earplugs you'll be fine. There is no 24-hour front desk service.

It has a beautiful location, as it was the last days of the season, there were of course missing, clean and beautiful hotel

It was dirty, the bed & pillow sheets were smells. The bathroom was dirty.

room was filthy, was even plastic bag behind the sofa, it means room wasn't even moped. In the bathroom was left opened bottles with shampoo and shower gel. It was only two sets of towels but we were 4 people in the room. At night I was scared by cockroach in the bathroom. internet just in reception.

We so liked this hotel. We spent 5 days holiday here. It was really amazing holiday for us. We were large family and really enjoyed in this hotel. The location is great, amazing view from hotel restaurant and from rooms, 0 to very clean beach. Outside pool was very enjoyable for children. Everywhere was clean.delicious meals and especially very friendly personal staff. Thank you very much Class Beach hotel for our amazing holiday!

Very bad They lie there is no parking they says its include parking but i had to wait for an hour to search for empty spot for my car, food was very bad,elevator not work only one day,no room cleaning,very bad hotel not worth any money,the refigraton in the room not working

Very old and worn out. Hard and old beds. AC did not work, we could change room but to a room without the view we paid for (we preferred room with ac better than room with view and no ac). Hairdryer did not work. Wifi was like we had early 90s. Just terrible. Room was not cleaned the day of our stay. Cannot recommend this stay to anyone.
