The property was very inviting, the staff was very friendly and the room was very cosy. Location was very nice in a quiet neighborhood.

Wifi was a bit slow in the room. AC could have worked better.

Could barely find a parking spot. Couldn't sleep in peace due to the people's noise in the night bar. The shower sprinkler was bad.

Thank you so much Mehdi and the team. I had a very unpleasant experience at the airport with AirMaroc and was very distressed as a solo female traveller. I booked the hotel very last minute at an extremely busy time for the country (World Cup), but they went out of their way to ensure I was safe and relaxed. As my stay was unplanned I didn’t have any money and they kindly arranged for free transport to and from the airport. These little gestures of kindness mean so much when someone is feeling hopeless, so I can’t thank the team enough for all of the kindness they have showed. I’ve read reviews about the food, and while I agree the restaurant meals weren’t the best, the breakfast was great. Plentiful and freshly prepared. Thank you all (driver, security, cook and manager) again.

Nice helpful staff. Very accommodating. Lovely pool area. Good location for tram, supermarket. Clean and spacious room.

A few issues with electrics, but they reacted quickly and once they realised it wasn't an easy fix moved us to another room.
