The room was really clean and tidy. The location was perfect for easy route into the city or out to the country. The communication with the host was really nice and useful. Lots of really handy tips of the city to enjoy.
Not a major point. Parking was a bit limited. Was alleviated after check-in, where we could park in front of the house.

Steven is amazing, so friendly, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, pubs, and bus locations! The room was very clean and met all my expectations! Parking was also very easy and accessible!

Stephen is a wonderful host and the bus stop is very close. There was good parking for the car.
We had a twin room which was small for 2 with normal luggage but we made it work.

This was a nice, clean, modern guest house with multiple guests staying in the different rooms of the house. The vibe was very much an AirBnB as opposed to a traditional Irish B&B or small hotel - quiet, very private, no in-person interactions. That could be a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for. We did absolutely love the proximity of the bus lines that went straight to Eyre Square. All in all, a very nice stay.

"Schönes Guesthouse mit geräumigen Zimmern und toller Möglichkeit dort morgens selbst zu frühstücken. Sehr netter Gastgeber!"
