Spacious apartment, location was very good/walking distance to the lake, helpful crew, good communication, Nice sitting area outside, coffee/tea/sugar was provided, decent beds & sheets, warm water solution in the bathroom is good, nice and friendly neighbourhood.

The furniture was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen sink etc are very low, inside the kitchen cupboards is a strange smell. Wifi was not always strong. There are some area sounds, but it is acceptable (like barking dogs, traffic, roll doors, sound from other apartments). Overall this was a good place to stay for exploring Kandy. We would book it again.

Our stay at Self-Cate Luxury Apartments was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, ensuring comfort and hygiene. A highlight was enjoying the host's freshly brewed coffee, which added warmth to our stay. The location is ideal—close to Kandy town yet peaceful, offering both security and relaxation. The host was kind, attentive, and supportive, making us feel welcome.
