bad customer service

the man working the desk the night I arrived was extremely unprofessional. he was very loud the entire night talking to someone else for several hours. also, someone tried to enter my room two times on separate occasions around 3am. mind you I was traveling alone. why this happened ? I have no idea. almost felt as if someone wanted to rob me or take something from me. will never ever return here again.

Pretty good location and good price.

Room was dirty! The reception said I could leave the bags there no problem during the day but just left them more or less unchecked in the lobby which felt a bit scary. Cramped interior in the room, no window either! Acceptable place if you’re on a budget but wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was good, only a 10 minute walk from the train station & very close to the city centre. The size of the rooms/bathroom was most definitely a reflection of the price, although there was no kitchen that I could find.

The smell of the room made it honestly inhabitable. I had picked up a slight cough from the plane ride, and the smell over cigarettes, covered by the smell of deodorant, with no open windows, was just awful. I couldn’t breathe!

No lift ,very bad smell in the room ,bathroom curtain was completely dirty was literally black,but the worst was the bedbugs don't was possible slept , totally unsanity,I want my money back

Small single room, but comfortable and convenient for the night

The location is perfect for travelers who arrive by train since it's just 10min away from the train station on foot. The room was clean and have the necessary stuff inside. There are also interesting graffitis on the wall.

The soundproofing could be better in the hotel but this is a secondary issue. When I checked in, the receptionist spent most of his time looking at his phone. The next day when I left things got worse. A new receptionist gently greeted me and asked if everything was ok. I said yes and she then asked to see my booking app, which I thought was for checking some information about my reservation so I gave my phone to her. She then exited the reservation part, opened the reviewing page, rated everything perfect and asked if it was fine with me. I was astonished and grabbed my phone back while saying it was not OK to do so. She then explained to me that many people left without rating them and it wasn't fair since we got good service and they had nothing as if I didn't spend money for my stay there. She also insisted that if I was satisfied with the hotel, her behavior shouldn't be a problem for me and kept asking me what was wrong. At this moment another staff came out and told me that her colleague was actually trying to treat the customers as her friends regardless of the fact that we just met 5 min before. At last the second lady persuaded the first one to let me leave and I did not dare to leave my suitcase there for my visit later as I had planned. In my opinion the hotel is worth more than 6 points for the rooms, the location and the price but I totally didn't get a 6-point service.

The black man staff is not responsible and not friendly at all, if you come here and find out the staff is him, leave and exit asap!

The room itself was clean

The plumbing and air conditioner was smelling terribly. Had to turn Aircon off, open the doors to the toilette, open the window and go out for s 2 hours walk to be able to enter the room and stay for the night. Also was extra charged for a key to the room (1 euro, so not much, but the very idea of being charged to enter the room which you've already paid is a f. Joke. Concluding: avoid at all cost if you plan to stay for more than one day, and avoid if you cannot stomach bad smells.
