they were so accommodating and the location was so close to the heart of Thira.

the bed wasn’t very comfortable but it wasn’t a deal breaker

The location was perfect and the room was nice and modern.

Great location, nice private balcony with a hot tub.

Bed was far too hard and there was a little window about 10ft up in the air with no curtain/blind that let light flood the room from sunrise making it difficult to sleep.

Great family run boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very nice and modern. Our balcony was amazing with large seating/lounge area and a hot tub. Located steps away from the main square in Fira.

Parking was a bit of a challenge as the hotel does not have dedicated parking. We had to find parking on the street which was not always available at the times we were arriving.

Hosts were incredibly welcoming giving us tons of information on Chania and the history of the house. could not ask for better people!

The location was wonderful - the hotel was a 30 second walk away from all the action in Fira, so it was secluded enough that it was quiet where we stayed, but still close enough to restaurants and shops. It was a 5 minute walk away from the bus depot which was also perfect. The room was lovely: very clean, and really pretty and nice interior design. Beds were almost too comfortable (we kept napping on them). The staff was also great, Frida is so sweet and will care for you like a mother. We also tried the breakfast one day and it was fantastic; it was made right then and there and even included yogurt made by the hotel owners!

Great location in Fira - we could easily access restaurants, shops, bars, and the main bus station by walking.

So lovely place and lovely host. She was so kind and made my day. I will miss them

everything was super satisfying

Freda and her son were really keen to help us and gave us great information about Santorini and were to visit. Oasis hotel location is very central and modern and breakfast every morning was very good and of course our lovely hostess was there to greet us with a smile. Thank you for your hospitality and we would love to come back again in the future. ❤️:)

the room is very big and nice. the owner is very kind

little choice in breakfast which was freshly prepared but this obviously lengthened the time a lot(egg, coffee and Bread with jam). the rooms have an independent entrance and as soon as the door is opened, flies and mosquitoes enter. the shower does not have a door so the whole floor gets wet. sometimes there was high music from the clubs until late at night. the price is too high for what it offers

Beautiful Little Hotel with a big comfortable room, Red Bathroom and Jacuzzi on the Patio. We got everything that I expected and more! Frieda was Amazing, warm, friendly and accommodating. She brought breakfast to the room every morning for my cousin who injured her foot at the previous Island, she gave recommendations of places to eat and things to do, plus she extended our check out time to accommodate the ambulance pick up for my cousin.

Since travelling for business, the hotel was ideal due to its location right in the heart of Fira, fast internet, good breakfast, spacious and clean room

Nice location and personal service

first mattress was really hard, we had two bad nights of sleep. after that it was changed for a slightly softer one but still hadn’t great nights of sleep. photos showed breakfast buffet but it’s was tabel service.

With no doubts the real added value is the host Mrs Frida, number 1 lady for her welcoming and supportive approach. Fantastic position very close to Fira Center and the bus station to move in other locations easily. Modern structure with room well equipped

Would recommend to have a kind of breakfast menu to allow guests to be aware and choose in advance (anyway the host was very kind to adjust to some needs) Been in October there was no issue with noise despite the proximity to the center and clubs

Jacuzzi was very nice

No parking. Unhelpful staff.

The owner is a lovely person who takes a very good care of her guests!
