Good location of the villa, few steps from the beach

The villa was a complete mess ! The towels,the bed sheets were dirty and really old. The kitchen was disgusting,dirty sink,dirty cutlery,dirty floor,we couldn't use the kitchen at all because it was very very dirty!The lady who was dealing with the 'cleaning' couldn't speak or understand any english,spanish. All day she was on her phone laying on the hammock, communication was really difficult. The bedrooms and bathrooms need renovations some of them had mold on the walls. We stayed here last year as well,when Yannis and Sisi were in charge of the villa but everything was really nice and clean , that's why we came back , unfortunatly now,the house ,the yard,it's disgusting and messy. We paid lots of money for our stay but the services were unacceptable !

The idea, the concept of the vila is good (just not managed well). It is perfect that the vila is on the beach, the beach is good. There are plenty of activities available. There is a ping pong table directly in the yard and there is a basketball court right at the premises, so we played a lot of ping pong and basketball. Also the bbq place was nice and each room had its own bathroom, so we did not have to wait a lot for everyone to get ready.

Cleanliness - all towels and sheets were very old. The sheets were unpleasantly smelly. On one of the towels there was a hair and on one of the sheets there was a black mark (like from make up). I immediately told the cleaning lady and she changed the towels and the sheets, but they were just very old and used and even when she changed them, the towels and sheets did not feel clean, pretty disgusting. Once we checked in on one of the bathroom sinks, there was still toothpaste leftover from the previous guests. I told the cleaning lady and she cleaned it. All the rags and cleaning cloths used looked very dirty and disgusting to me, so we did not request anymore cleaning, we did it ourselves. I have to say here check-in is at 16h. I saw that our trip on the road was moving faster and there were no lines at the border, so I called the vila, if we can check in earlier around 13:30, if the vila is ready and they confirmed. Later, when I started calling them about all the dirty stuff, they tried to blame it on us coming earlier. Communication - claming the vila personnel speaks multiple languages is a bit of overstatement. I speak 4 languages and have to say simple communication in English of what we need and what we want clean, we need more towels etc. was extremely hard and took a lot of effort. Others - we booked the vila for 8 people. When we checked in there were only 5 water glasses, not enough wine glasses etc. The vila is advertised to have capacity for 14 people, there were not enough glasses. I called them and the next day they brought more glasses. The conversation was hard and excuse was that previous guests were breaking the glasses and they cannot know glasses are missing. One of the toilet seats was also broken and they exchanged it the next day. The first day, the cleaning lady was just laying on the hammock, which I find unacceptable. We are booking and paying the vila and expect privacy and using of all the space we have booked.

The location, the yard with BBQ, the distance from the beach,, the sunbeds on the beach, the sea in front of the villa.

The lady who was in charge for cleanning doesn't speak any English or Greek. She has been disturning us in the mornings when all of the kids had breakfast and she was trying to clean the floor/only trying/. The bathrooms are very, very old and need renovation ASAP. We had problems in two of them which were fixed on the 5th day of our stay. They had issues with cleanness - some of sheets and towels had stains. Also the floor was not very clean. They couldn't provide us with enought cribs for babies and we had to bring our own's. The communication with the host should be easier and faster. In general, we have expected much more for the price we had paid.

For me it was a very nice location. Most of all I enjoyed that fact the you have everything at hand: 30 second from the house to the beach (semi private beach), the coolness of the trees or the warmth off the sun ass you wish, kids can play careless both in the yard and in the water, and of course the relaxation of Greece all around. Although I read some negative opinions, things have changed since then. Yianis and his wife tend the house well, and there was nothing that they neglected about our stay. Thank you Yianis for all your attention and care for things to be pleasant!

The only thing that really need to be improved are the bathrooms, because they are a bit outdated (but that is for the owner to take care, not the tenders of the house).

Property offers felling of cleanliness, freshness, organized garden area, privacy as of being at home. One bedroom on ground level and one on upper lever do not face the sea. Very well equipped kitchen area and a spacious living room. Large barbeque area. Excellent location literally on the beach, with very friendly and professional staff. Thank you, Yanis and Sisi, you made all of us feel special and of course, our stay memorable by organizing and providing any of the requested information on local services, food stores, restaurants, boat trips, souvenir shops, local products market places, pharmacies... Owners should be proud having Yanis and Sisi taking care of the property and supporting the guests, two committed and motivated responsive people with service and quality oriented mindset.
