The room was very comfortable in every way...the tranquility the place have is just amazing

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was very good with a nice selection to choose from, even though it took some time to arrive. The proximity of the shopping mall was also very useful.

The swimming pool was not open!!

The location is close to the motorway. Staff were efficient. When I did complain via wattsapp, my complaints were noted, and I received an apology.

We standards and service in general have declined drastically since we last stayed here. The room we stayed in had not been serviced properly, no bath towels. Bins had not been cleaned after use by the last guests. After waiting almost 90 minutes for our meal, it was dry, oversalted, and so disappointing. We were offered complimentary desserts in lieu of the disastrous main meals, and the next day, we were not charged for our mains. More supervision is required by the Head of housekeeping. The chef must definitely pay more attention to the quality of food that leaves the kitchen.

Boutique experience. so comfortable and private. Loved the option of both dinner and breakfast and food was superb.

not enough cellphone charging points in the room. the carpet had so many stain marks. needs a bit of a clean.

Room is spacious, comfortable bed and quality linen.

Waited more than an hour for food both for supper and breakfast. The vegetarian options were very disappointing and not worth the money. Bathtub emptied out whilst still in the bath. Very loud residents of hotel at 3am in the morning. KFC boxes still in the entrance of the hotel at 10am when we checked out.
