Code zum Eintritt des b&b erreichte mich von einem unbekanntem Herrn Damac erst am Abend der Ankunft. Die von booking.com erwähnte Karla antwortete weder auf meine SMS noch auf meinen Anruf. Die Mischdüsen der Wasserhähne von Waschbecken und Dusche waren stark verkalkt. Frühstück gab es ab 9:30 Uhr, was zu spät ist, weil ich nur bis 6 Uhr schlafe. Zimmerfenster war verschmutzt.

The room, bed, and bathroom. Also the fruit bowl and cookie jar at the lobby area.
Breakfast was very late (08:30 am) and many people who would join an early tour group could not get something to eat. Even upon informing the receptionist, there was no proper solution on time to provide breakfast.

The fact that its a small b&b makes it so welcoming and feels like home. Location was perfect with walking distance to major attractions. The girls running the breakfast where so friendly and always ready to help ❤️

Self check-in and the whole process was well prepared and smooth.
The room was clean and well prepared. We appreciate that the air condition was on when we arrived.

I was informed in a timely manner how to enter the property, collect the key etc. as I was arriving after midnight.

There is some kind of issue with the pipes as you can feel a bad smell in the room if you let the bathroom door open (better close it)

Outside, there are garbage containers, “killing” a bit the first impression of the place.

It is in the centrum, parking house in nearby. The staff is very-very kind. There is a separated workplace in the room. Good Internet access, good breakfast. We liked the self-check in too.

Great breakfast every day, perfect location (close to the Old City), big room with double bed and huge window. First floor (ground floor) so it was easy to get. The Schlosser is close to the tram stops so it is a perfect localization. And it is also something worth to remember (you could hear the trams through the window).

Everything was great, the hotel it self is really cosy, clean, quiet at the town center with enough space rooms. The host was really polite.
The facility accommodated the change in reservation because we had to leave the room the night before for private reasons.
The bed was a bit creaky. Normaly this would not bother us, but we were with a baby and this sound was waking her up. Although the breakfast was ok, fresh fruits and fresh salads could be present.
However these are small things as disadvanteges in comparison with all great experience we had there.

Place was very nicely located and the staff were really friendly.
There were no towel changes in the three nights we were there and the room was not tidied ie the bed
Not made and no clean glasses for water given other than the first night. Tea and coffee facilities are needed in the room as apart from breakfast no other time to get a hot drink.

The entrance uses a simple code, no way to lock the room from within. Doesn't feel so secure.

Very friendly, helpful owners who help you personally. Clear communication in advance also. They also accomodated our early check-in, even if we could have waited. Our room was spacious, and clean. Received a bottle of cava for the holiday period, thanks!
It can be a little noisy from the breakfast area in the morning, if others get up earlier than you.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was very cozy and warm and the staff was so helpful and nice! We went almost everywhere on foot so it is in a rather central location. I am very satisfied and I will definitely suggest it to my friends!
