Location is ok.

Staff should know the treat the guests very well and identify their requirements and needs timely. It's better if u can imprive your meals quality.

Staff is amazing. Breakfast is really good.

A bit overpriced comparing to other hotels in Sri Lanka we stayed.

When you walk into this hotel you can clearly see that it used to be fancy place, but it got a little forgotten, I think. In general it’s not in the big city, but I guess no one, who has basic knowledge of how to use google maps, expects this. It’s 22 km (exactly 22 - as owner says) from Diyaluma falls, although it doesn’t seem like long ride, the road is pretty tough, so it takes 40-50 min. I’m very happy with this stay, it was definitely our cleanest hotel room in Sri Lanka. The owner was very caring and nice. We were leaving in the middle of the night but we still got breakfast to go. The bed was very comfy and huge, and all rooms facilities were just fine. There’s also a lot of parking space in front of hotel so that’s definitely an advantage.

- no WiFi in the room, just in lobby - blue led lights outside hotel were on all night, and made the room pretty bright, even with curtains closed - it’s not exactly the quality that you’ll appreciate at 3 am

The staff, the room, the view, the place.

The restaurant was not working at the afternoon at that days for unknown reason. we were offered to have our dinner at the closest restaurant (Hotel Dream Cliff, a super luxury one with an affordable price). There they also offered us a swimming pool for free. But the meal they serviced was extremely spicy. That harmed our health and killed our appetite in spite we were hungry. The chef did not ask us in advance. Then he tried his best to fix it but very lame, they have different understanding of non-spicy and our receptors were already damaged. The bill was also with a mistake - three soups were in the bill instead of one we ordered (that was a long percuadive discussion, which we won due to the chef).

Background view from the room is excellent, Staff is very friendly and honestly. we satisfy with foods. Good place.
