Rosella Hotel

The hotel staff is simply fantastic—polite, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially want to mention the chef, who smiled at us every day and served us absolutely delicious food. The Wi-Fi is very bad. The speed is capped at 1 Mbps, but usually, we only got around 0.25-0.5 Mbps, and sometimes there was no connection at all. Free Wi-Fi only works within a 10-meter radius around the reception area. Sending a single photo on Telegram took 2 minutes. We sometimes had to go to the neighboring Ipek Otel, where the open Wi-Fi reached speeds of 50 Mbps, just to download maps or send photos. Also, the doors in the rooms are awful. They open with a loud creak, and when they close, they slam so hard that everyone on the floor definitely wakes up. They only provide one room key for three people. The door cannot be opened from the outside without a key, so if one person is sleeping in the room, the others have absolutely no way to get in. Wi-Fi очень плохой. Het personeel van het hotel is ontzettend vriendelijk en de mensen van de keuken en bediening doen hun uiterste best om het jou naar de zin te maken en werken ontzettend hard, ondanks dat ik het idee had, dat dit door veel gasten niet of nauwelijks gewaardeerd werd. Het eten ziet er goed, kleurrijk en smakelijk uit en er is voldoende variatie van gerechten en er wordt ook bijgevuld als schalen of bakken leeg zijn. De mensen bij de receptie zijn vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam en staan altijd voor je klaar. Ik voelde mij er heel welkom!

Het poetsen mag wel iets beter.

The hotel is in a really good location, near to the beach and about half an hour from the center, which was definitely one of the best things about our stay. The receptionist with curly hair, unfortunately we didn’t catch his name, was incredibly kind and helpful. The other receptionist, who had a darker complexion and was a little more on the fuller side, was also very kind and friendly. The room was small and the bed was also small, but considering the price, it was completely okay. The food was generally good. The soups were especially delicious, and whenever there was meat, it was really good. And of course, if you are a dog or cat lover, you will love it here! 🥹❤️ There are cats literally everywhere, and there is also the cutest Golden Retriever. ❤️

The main thing that could be improved is the housekeeping. The cleaners did not come to clean the room every day. And when they did come, there were times when they knocked on the door several times while we were still in the room, saying that they needed to clean. We received clean towels maybe twice during our stay, and the bed linen was changed only once. As for the girl at reception whom we asked for hotel slippers, we unfortunately don’t have much positive to say. She told us she would send them to our room, but they were never sent. The food was okay overall, but there was potatoes, rice and pasta almost every day, so I think there could be more variety. Breakfast was also the same every day. There was no meat every day, which I think was a shame because the meat they did serve was really good. The soups, on the other hand, were excellent. Overall, for the value for money, the hotel is completely okay. ❤️ There are just a few things they could improve to make the stay even better.

Adequate. Good location, better than expected view.

Someone entered my room and used my toilet while I was away! I know because the toilet seat was left up and I’m female and traveling solo. No housekeeping happened. Fortunately, based on previous reviews I had taken all my valuables with me. NOT OK!!!
