The location is great and easily accessible. The room had an amazing view, a lot of natural light, and was spacious.

The Wi-Fi did not work for the majority of our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to pay for data. It took 5 days for this to be solved. Also, the hot water did not work on one of the days we were there, so was sent to shower in a different room. Said room was full of bugs on the floor and on the bed, and smelt like bug spray – extremely disgusting! Our towels were also stained, which seems doesn’t seem to be a big deal in hotels in Mexico?

Nice building.

Difficult to find, impossible to get to in a busy night. Not family friendly as its surrounded by bars and nightclubs. No parking on premises, so had to park 3 blocks away and carry luggage, baby and 2 kids to hotel. No functioning elevator. Staff offered no help up the 3 flights of stairs. At time of check in there was a whole party happening in front of our room. Shades offered no privacy and noise level was high past 11pm. Definitely not 4 star hoyel and definitely not suitable for families with kids. Bathroom in poor shape, shower splattered water all over tiny bathroom space.

Close to all the tourist attractions. Super clean. Nice rustic decor. The room was nice and big

Location and amenities. Cheapest hotel with best location, you will not be disappointed.

The staff was amazing, beautiful property and great room accommodation, comfortable and clean.

There is nothing, not to like.

This hotel is in an old convent and has a staircase meant to punish the novices, I feel sure. At 8,000’ above sea level it can be challenging if you're old and chubby like both my sister and I, but we made it work. Several outdoor terraces and coffee downstairs. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel but they do have a security guard. There is no restaurant, but there are hundreds of restaurants in the area. Also, it's a traditional Mexican wet bath so dry the floor after showering or you'll forget and slip.

Charming colonial building, lots of character and lovely staff. Rosalba and the rest of the staff will go over abs beyond to make you feel at home.
