Tout. Accueil exceptionnel, gentillesse…
Nous avons passé cinq nuits, le cadre est magnifique, le restaurant délicieux. Parfait.

Beautiful Riad with stunning architecture and decoration - room felt authentic but with modern touches (toiletries and lovely fluffy white towels).
Very helpful and attentive staff,, nothing too much trouble for them to help. great breakfast, and restaurant food was the best we had in Marrakech
Wish we would have known in advance that it was a public restaurant in the evening. This meant there was nowhere as a hotel guest to sit in the evening. And some guest info in the room would have been helpful.

Incredibly beautiful residence with lovely staff and excellent restaurant

our room, the green room has its own loggia and its own stairs to a roof terrace where hasan the manager often served us dinner. he was very helpful in showing us spots of interest, arranging taxis and guides on request. we enjoyed cooling off in the pool.
the music (always the same) at the restaurant was often too loud we were glad when it was turned off. the carpets in our room were worn out and dirty. it would add immensely to the atmosphere of the riad to get some beautiful berbers.

The setting was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
It would have been good to have had a refrigerator with some water / cold drinks in the room. The television in our room didn't work (and took up a lot of space given it wasn't working).

The staff :) the place is beautiful, the pool (though not for swimming, I asked). I used the patio for yoga. There are only about 5 rooms/suites so it's not crowded.
The description said that there would be a hairdryer but there wasn't. I really needed that.
As there was an Italian restaurant inside the Riad, there was Italian music playing loudly every night till about 11 pm (sometimes even later) and I could never go to bed earlier to get over my jet lag.

there was a beautiful entranceway and foyer. Nice balcony, good views and staff was helpful. Breakfast was good basic
my initial room was very small and they did move me to a larger nicer room after I asked twice. The restaurant sits in the middle of the hotel and is very noisy almost till 11 o’clock.

We could not have asked for more during our recent stay. The Riad’s staff and management were extremely helpful and attentive. Could not fault anything and looking forward to staying again next year.

The Riyad location was fantastic. Lots of places within a short walk including the main Medina Square. Staff were attentive, helpful and arranged transfers and Spa day elsewhere. This Riyad actually had a in house restaurant that was well known and very good (PEPE NERO). Food from restaurant and breakfast was great and overall the Riyad felt like I was staying in a palace ! Makes a welcome change from the standard hotels.

I really loved the staffs' hospitality. They were very helpful and dedicated to make my stay comfortable. I think my trip would have been diffrent if I had stayed in the other properties. Also, the facilities were very clean!
The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit noisy in the night as this Ryad has a restaurant inside. However after midnight, it was completely quiet.

Hassan and his team were all very friendly and helpful. The Riyad and our suite in particular were beautiful. The food was excellent from the huge breakfast to the food at Pepenero (we had the Moroccan menu at dinner, but would certainly have tried the Italian menu had we been staying longer.
Nothing.

Stunning decoration, lovely bedroom and shower, comfortable bed.

The riad is very nice and quite big with two open spaces. But the overall feeling is that it is more focused on the restaurant than on the wellbeing of the guests. The rooms open on the courtyard where the restaurant is. So there is a lot of noise that echoes from the restaurant tables. The staff was very ok and tried to do their best. The breakfast was ok, but since the place is so huge and the guests few, it felt like an oversized empty space...

Hassan and his team were exceptional with their service. Nothing was too much trouble for Hassan. They helped book taxis and guides and hammams. The restaurant Pepe Nero in the riad is excellent and the breakfasts were fresh and tasty. There were endless complimentary soft drinks and Hassan very kindly went out and bought us some oat milk on our first day as we don’t drink dairy milk. Highly recommend this place which is just a few minutes walk outside the hustle and bustle of the souks but still within the old Medina. It was very peaceful and we stayed in the green suite which included a little sitting area outside on the balcony overlooking the pool and also a roof terrace where we had our massages and could watch the sunrise. Our teenage daughter liked her smaller double room. Fortunately she likes to go to bed late as you could hear some noise from the restaurant there. There are only four rooms from what I could tell in the riad, so it is very intimate, which we liked. Big thumbs up!

Upon arrival we were greeted with some mint tea and delicious little cakes and sweet treats. The breakfast was excellent, with a range of fresh pasties, fruit, pancakes, juice and coffee. The restaurant had the best pasta and tenderest lamb, it was scrumptious.
My partner wasn't well and the hotel staff were so supportive, there were no pharmacies open locally so they got a member of staff to pick up what we needed from an emergency pharmacy as well as making special food to help her feel better. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent care, consideration and hospitality.
The room was a little cold in the early morning but it was 2*c outside in early February so it was to be expected.

The location near the square and vibrant centre of Marrakech. The road was a lovely building and beautiful large rooms.
The restaurant was the focus of the property and the hotel was second. Evenings were quiet noisy as there were a few Christmas parties at the restaurant below.

Excellent staff with 5 star hotel service. Relatively central location.
The restaurant downstairs can be a bit noisy if you sleep before 11:30.

. So close to everything yet once in the Riyad it was so peaceful and calm. The Riyad is so morrocan yet with all modern ammenties. The restaurant was very good and included Morrocan and Italian menus.
The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you.
I couldn’t find fault with anything

Breakfast was great. Fresh fruit and yogurt warm rolls, Moroccan bread, fresh preserves, cappuccino, all first-class. Excellent, very attentive service. Wonderful dining to the sounds birds and fountain water. Dinner at their nightly restaurant venue is out of this world. Likely one of the top place to eat dinner, in Marrakech. The filet is extraordinary, and the Comprese salad is wonderful, as is the desert menu.
Because the dinner restaurant is so popular, you need to be prepared for restaurant noise until 11 or later. I didn’t have a problem with it, you should just be aware.

Hassan and his staff welcome you to the riad as if you were very special guests in their own home. Taking the time to get to know you, Hassan ensures anything you need is taken care, with such graceful hospitality. I honestly can say this was one of the most peaceful, relaxing and charming stays I have ever experienced. The tranquil courtyard and the beautiful building and rooms … you really want to spend the entire stay there.

Excellent Riad. Beautiful, clean, the service is superb, and the food is delicious.
Only reason it is not a 10 is because it is a bit misleading exactly what is included in the booking. Each unit has its own amenities and they are all unique, so be sure to clarify exactly what extras (rooftop access, library access, etc.) is included in your stay!

Just everything, an outstanding place in the heart of the Medina! You feel you are in a little palace with so few rooms and all attention is on you. What a privilege! The suite is stunning. Great food both Moroccan & Italian (it also hosts an Italian restaurant opening in the evening)! The people take great care of you. A special thank you to Hassan, a truly great Manager. And please do not forget to listen to Giovanni’s (the owner) unique stories - a Must!
A pity we didn’t use the beautiful pool as the water temperature was a bit toi chilly for us and unfortunately, we didn’t dare…

The whole experience was fabulous - very intimate hotel with only 3 or 4 rooms, authentic Riyad managed by the owner, Giovanni, who has put his heart, soul and considerable design skills to work providing a genuine Moroccan atmosphere. The restaurant is also a must - even the petit taxi driver knew the route without GPS. This area near the medina is much more authentic (ok so messier too) than the posh new hotels om the outskirts of the City

idyllic haven from the madness of the city. staff could not be more helpful. great location for walking to all the sites. great restaurant.

Everything was perfect.
The suit was beyond our expectations, it was like staying in a real palace - so luxurious and full of character.
Staff was very attentive and professional. We were very well looked after.
Breakfast was superb, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good just as well.
The location is also great, with all of the old city landmarks being within walking distance, and the hotel being just a short walk from a tiny square inside the Medina which is accessible by car (which is a big deal in the old city).
