Convenient location in Potts Point for programmed activity in area. Very reasonable price for Sydney. Room well equipped.

Room had several moths. Didn't come across any staff. Shared bathroom can sometimes be an inconvenience.

Perfect location, clean and convenient

Quiet but central. An easy walk to the famous Cross & its nightlife, but in a quiet residential street. Next door to the excellent upscale restaurant, Figo. Easy check in on numerical pads, as long as you're OK with memorising simple numbers. But no worries about carrying a key card, particularly to pop to the bathroom in the middle of the night! Lovely comfortable room, with the bonus of a microwave & fridge, plus basic crockery & cutlery in a corner, so great for basic self-catering. The shared bathrooms were small & basic but clean & lovely hot water, with reasonable quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. I never had a problem with availability of a bathroom or other people's mess left behind.

The fire alarm going off after 11pm was not great. Some really idiotic person had smoked in their room. Obviously the hotel couldn't control this, but it did emphasise that this is a bit of a bargain place without permanent staff on site. It's a considerable step up from a hostel, but obviously still can't screen out the selfish stupid idiots.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the studio. It was spacious. Nicely decorated and clean.

There was no hot water in the sink in the studio. Hot water is a basic necessity. The deposit has not been returned as promised that’s why I would not stay there again. The shared bathroom was narrow. The toilet was too close to the wall I didn’t feel comfortable using the toilet.
