No wifi , when asked about so given excuse for the vendor unavailability . Service was worst , food was worst . Rooms are OK ok but sometimes AC doesn't work . Even they did not provide the hotel bill hard copy as printer was not working (another excuse) . Think thrice before doing actual booking .

Pool was dirty. Breakfast isn't good and timings are odd.

Ideal location near panchgani market. Well sized, spacious rooms.

Staff performed their duties well. But they could do better if trained properly. Property needs some plumbing job. Bathrooms are clogged and need attention.

Very nice place to chill out. Lots of parking. Large property. Pleasant gardeny open space and good view, open sky. Nice pool.

NO WIFI in rooms. Corners and behind furniture dust accumulation. Pigeons feet noise in ceiling. Fridge was broken and cooling takes long. Main key switch puts the fridge off when you go out. They are short staffed and cannot handle so much crowd. Food orders tend to get forgotten. They must conduct some separate activities for kids. Main TV news channels not subscribed to. Once they cleaned our room without us telling them which we did not like. The neighbors played us deafening music for free. The pool needs a daily basic cleaning of twigs leaves bees in it that float in it. Most of the above can be improved.

Very big resort…Rooms are also very big and non garden room view is awesome… food is yummy…. Swimming pool is also very big…. Nice family resort in panchgani.

Location is excellent. Breakfast was good with one seasonal fruit and Indian options (poha, medu vada etc), cereal.

Keeping a foosball table, carrom or some games for children will keep them entertained.

Bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in. Even after complaining the dirt was pushed on the lid of drain. This shows the staff was not trained. The plates bowls spoons were not clean. There was residue on it as though it was not being used for long. The table in the balcony was not cleaned. We location was good We recommend that even unused rooms should be serviced before giving to the guests & should be rechecked by the supervisor before allotting to the guests. For the same charge of Rs 7000/- per day, we would get a far better hotel in the area.
