部屋が広く開放的。 周りを気にせず過ごせた。 洗面台は綺麗でした。 部屋からプールへ直接行けるところは良かった。 食事が美味しかった。

浴室:扉がなくカーテンのみは好みでない。部屋に水が流れていかないように気を遣った。 トイレ:鍵が付いていないのは好みではない。ウォシュレットの設置が良くなかった。（ギィギィ音が出る） ベット周りにコンセントが欲しかった。 冷蔵庫の水は無料ですと書かれていたけど、用意されていなかった。

貸切のような静けさで 人混みが苦手な私たちには最高でした。 静かでゆっくりすることができました。

施設自体年数が経っている感じがだいぶ感じ取られました。

We came and realize that are room doesn’t come with breakfast so we ask if we could pay extra to get breakfast the next day and they said no i couldn’t understand why we cant.. and then i asked them if the restaurants are open and they said no restaurants so i ask them if there are any restaurants around and they said no and they wouldn’t even try to help us .... Then what makes it worse is i called two day in advance and ask them if we could use the jacuzzi on our stay first they said yes, but when we got there they said no... so it really ruined our trip.... then i tried to use the restroom by the pool and the toilet seats has poop stains!!!! Our room restroom door wouldn’t slide properly so it takes to people to open it!!! So I decided that i will write a review! I have never wrote one before but i just really needed to write this one

I loved that there was an actual king size bed not just multiple small beds as is the case with surrounding resorts, complete with the canopy it set the romantic vacation mood. The spa tub was big enough to fit 2 persons and was divine. The room was a mini home set apart from others and it was clean and comfortable. It was absolutely the perfect place to just RELAX. It had a mini fridge and microwave so we could warm up snacks during the evening. So cozy and comforting.

The staff who helped us tried so hard to accommodate us even though he spoke no English and did amazing he was so patient BUT I wish there would have been someone who could at least speak a little bit to help explain things better. or there could have been more pamphlets/advertisements About activities in the area translated to English. Also, there was a paper saying yes ants were normal but finding a swarm of them on a food wrapper not even left out for 10 minutes was really unnerving and finding them in the bathroom or in the bed. That part alone grossed me out. We paid the extra 15$ per person per day for breakfast for 2 days and it was not worth it. It was more like left over dinner foods? So we didn’t even use the second day voucher Better off finding a cute cafe in the area.
