We had a fantastic week here, the house was very well equipped and clean. It was in a good position, quiet location but 12 minutes walk to Spinola bay and about the same to St George’s bay. We didn’t need a car as we used the buses, 2 euros any journey. We had a problem with the flow of water in one of the bathrooms and it was fixed by 9.00 a.m the next day. Charlotte was brilliant at communicating beforehand and arranged our airport transfers with a really helpful man. We really enjoyed Valletta, Mdina and Mosta and Marsaxlokk ( too busy on market day!). Highly recommend Tapaz Restaurant in St. George’s bay, delicious food and lovely staff. If you want use of a swimming pool we used the Corinthium hotel, they charge 20 euros a day but that includes 20 euros for drinks and lunch while you’re there. This was a trip down memory lane for us as we lived there years ago and we weren’t disappointed we had a lovely holiday. Thank you Charlotte.

Fitted to a very high standard. Great kitchen and bathroom - fast wifi. We had a car and drove - once you get your hang of the streets it is pretty easy to get onto the main roads and zoom around the Island. It is town/suburb house so for walks, sightseeing, or facilities you need to travel but not far.

Spent a couple of weeks here last summer, its in a nice quiet street but only a stones throw from the bustling seafront. The house was very well equipped and presented - all the mod cons you could wish for. Rooms were all a good size - it was very comfortable for our family of 5, especially loved the large roof terrace with BBQ, spent many an evening looking over the rooftops enjoying a beer. Only a handful of beaches in Malta but we were just 15min walk from one - also pretty close to Valletta. The weather was fabulous the whole time! One of the best holidays we've had. - David Darling.

Within very close walking distance of both the harbour and a swimming beach and the shops too. But the highlight for me was the huge roof terrace with gas bbq! Great place for us to relax in the evenings with a sundowner. Very highly reccomended.

We booked this property based on its location and previous reviews. We were not disappointed and were very satisfied with the location and property amenities. Charlotte is very accomodating and her staff were very helpful on our arrival/departure. We were a group of 6 adults. The property is actually nicer than the pictures. Everything was in the property that we required. We rented a car, but didn't use it that much as everything is within walking distance. Car rentals in Malta seem easy and inexpensive but beware of the fine print on their agreements - even if you take full insurance you are still responsible for "un seen damages". The grocery store "Scots" (just below "Meet" restaurant) is less than a 15 minute walk away- we found this one to be the most reasonable with the best selection. Our favourite restaurant was Biancos - great food + service - they even have delivery (best cappuccinos + banoffe pie in St Julians). Also try Cafe Cuba in Sliema - busy spot along the water but great food. Any touring can be easily done with the "hop on hop off" buses that are all over Malta and are fairly reasonable. Take advantage of "E-Cabs" while you are in Malta as they are significantly cheaper than regular cabs and they have standard posted rates so no guessing or haggling. Don't miss going to Mdina - we only had a few hours there and wished we had more time. Did the Valetta 90 minute harbour tour and then half a day on Gozo. The Harbour Tour is deinitely worth while, but we would have saved Gozo for a full day as you need more time for the "Hop on Hop Off" buses. Try and get to Marsaxlokk - a small fishing village about 25 minutes away - they have a lovely market along the waterfront - and many restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Malta. It was very central and easy to get to other parts of the Island. The area is very quiet during the day and evening. We spent a lot of time on the roof top patio enjoying the scenery and tranquility.

Our first trip to Malta so didn't know what to expect especially with two teenage sons. Everything about our holiday fully met our hopes and expectations and especially this wonderful apartment. Even the weather was great! The apartment is in an excellent location with a short walk into town where you will find good restaurants and a large supermarket (Scotts). Having a car was very useful to see the whole island and Gozo even though bus services are very good and very cheap. The service provided by the property owner was outstanding for the first contact. The owner even organised the hire car and transport to/from the airport. The description of the apartment given here is totally accurate - you won't be disappointed! It is large, airy and spacious and extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. A real pleasure to come home to at the end of a full day out and about.

We stayed here in October while in Malta for our wedding, 4 of us stayed here and we couldn't fault it! It is so modern and tastefully decorated...It is huge and really well equipped with all mod cons! Massive tv in Living room with dvd and a dvd library with good selection of films. Really comfy couch! Free internet is excellent if you're bringing a laptop - lovely desk area too! Kitchen is fab, equipped with everything you could need for a weeks holidayand when we arrived there were some basic food items to get us started including milk, water and really nice bread!! It is in a very nice location on a quiet street and only 15 minutes walk at a leisurely pace from the centre of the action & the beach & buses! There's a couple of shops within 3 minutes walk from apartment too for groceries. If you have a car there's plenty parking on the street. The roof terrace is huge and i only wish we had time to make the most of it and do a bit of sunbathing as it is a great suntrap! Definitely book this apartment if you are looking for somewhere near to all the action but away from the hustle and bustle..superb value! Thanks Charlotte.

We were 3 persons staying one week at this lovely apartment in Swieqi and we were happy about this accomodation. Apartment was just like we get information earlier; well equipped, furnished with good taste and location was very convenient. Short walking distance, either to Spinola bay nice restaurants or bus station to go somewher further. Shops were close by and area itself was tranquil. We really enjoyed staying at this lovely place, evenif we were not totally lucky with Malta weather ; ) All the arrangements with owner worked as agreed and special thanks to Charlotte for good advices of places where to visit. We had great holidays : ))

La casa es preciosa, nueva, limpia, muy espaciosa y con todo lo que os podais imaginar. La azotea es un lujo. Cuando hemos llegado en el frigorífico había algo de leche, zumo, pan, queso, ... la verdad nos ha salvado la vida. Además está situada en una calle muy silenciosa a cualquier hora y a sólo 10 minutos andando de una pequeña playa. La reserva se hace fácil y rapidamente, además, si quieres, la dueña te proporciona transporte desde y hasta el aeropuerto (a la hora que sea) por un precio razonable, te ayuda si deseas alquilar un coche y en todo lo que necesites. Nosotros le estamos muy agracecidos, hemos pasado unos días estupendos y la recomendaremos sinceramente a todos nuestros amigos. Gracias otra vez.

We can certainly recommend this property. It was new, clean and nicely furnished, very well equiped. The owner helped us organizising transfer from the airport. We were welcomed by a nice person who showed us what we needed to know. The property is situated in a nice, quiet part of town, no trafficnoice. It is easy to park a car close to the property. We can also rekommend it to anyone who is not afraid of taking a 15 minutes walk down to the city. There is a bus taking you up the hill and stops quite close.
