Sama Hotel

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Sharjah. The value for money is reasonable, and the location is definitely the best thing about this property, with convenient access to nearby places. Overall, the location is a strong point, but the hotel needs to pay more attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and room maintenance to provide guests with a more comfortable experience.

There are several areas that need improvement, especially cleanliness and room maintenance. Upon arrival, I found a cockroach crawling in the room, which was quite unpleasant. The pillow covers were also yellowish and did not look fresh, and there was visible seepage on the wall. The telephone is not functioning, the complimentary water and coffee amenities, compare to other hotel even they are economy category they are providing amenites. The hygiene and cleanliness are very poor. Management should focus on the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms for the welfare of their guest.
