Swiss Hotel Pattaya

This is the first time we have ever booked a holiday away from the beach, and it turned out to be an absolute gem. From my very first phone call, Khun Copter at the reception made choosing this hotel an effortless decision. He spoke with immense pride and expertise, taking the time to detail every room type and its corresponding view. Traveling with 2 young children and a 3-month-old puppy for the first time meant I needed a lot of clarity before committing, and Khun Copter provided all the reassurance and detailed information I needed to book with complete confidence. Upon our arrival, Khun Copter welcomed us warmly and unexpectedly surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. While our originally booked room was already gorgeous with stunning views, the upgraded room was exceptional, spacious, beautifully appointed, featuring a serene balcony and an impressively huge bathroom. The interior design across the property is uniquely tailored to each room, which adds a distinct and memorable charm to the hotel. The hospitality extended seamlessly to the breakfast experience. Khun Ple and Khun Pui at the restaurant were extraordinarily attentive, serving up delicious breakfasts complete with flavorful congee, fresh toast, and perfectly cooked pan-fried eggs. The entire property radiates peace and is remarkably family and pet friendly. Our kids and puppy had the absolute best time, especially feeding carrots to the farm animals, where sheep No. 22 completely stole the show with his playful personality. With such unique architecture and beautiful aesthetic details around every corner, we walked away with a camera full of wonderful photos and memories. We will undoubtedly be returning!

Some areas in the farm may need renovation but this doesn't bother us.

L'établissement est proche de sites et de musées incontournables dans la région. Pas très loin on trouve des petits marchés et des restaurants sympathiques.

L'établissement est désuet et un peu kitch mais il convient quand on est de passage où pour un court séjour.

The hotel was good value. The location was in a calm area outside of Pattaya. The hotel rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is family friendly and has a nice garden with animals where children can play. The owner and her family were very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was closed and there are not many restaurants in the area, but it is possible to have food delivered to the property. The decor is European inspired, but is a bit dated and would do well to be updated to a more uniform theme.
