Good place to stay for a couple of days, or far for town, parks.

The staff was very friendly, very willing to help. The pool looked very nice, and also it had a lot of plants around the whole place. Breakfast was ok.
The room could be cleaner like being more careful with the sheets of the beds. Also taking better care of the shower area.

Conveniently located in the heart of the coffee region.
Rooms are small. A family of four fits ok but with certain restrictions.

The setting is very beautiful and relaxing. Nice pool and billiards table. Excellent staff and service. Room was pretty basic but comfortable. Location was good for sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again.

We really liked staying at Baum Hotel. The pool and the garden were inviting and in good condition. Staff (Edgar y Lediis) were very welcoming and friendly. Perfect accomodation for our stay in Armenia! Thank you!

The place is fabulous.. if you have a chance stay here.. wonderful staff, great food, great WiFi, great scenery, very quiet and relaxing.. a 10!
