City Lodge Hotel Waterfall City

great location and staff

carpets look like they need a bit of a deep clean.

Keep it up

Room was clean

Great

All good

Nicely fitted, modern finishes and excellent location. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

Not very well thought out in terms of comfort. Pillows were not great, no water inside the room (empty carafes were provided for refill at the bottom at reception). Only one plug point in the room, and not beside the bed. The breakfast was very mediocre, and no concession was made for halaal catering when asking the chef. We then opted to go and eat breakfast at the mall despite having included breakfast. The couples room does not have a proper separated bathroom, rather the toilet is essentially in the room with a thin sliding door. As a result, when using the toilet, the entire room smells.
