Perfectly clean, new hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. Towels changed each day which was great. The breakfast was really good each morning the hotel was in way walking distance to the main strip in Ksamil but far enough away from the busiest area and noise.

The only critique I have is the slightly smaller pool side area then we expected but that’s it!

The pool and location

Personnel was unkind and knocked on our door asking us to leave before time of check out which was at 11 am. We specifically called the hotel a few days before checking whether we can pay by card. They said yes, but when we arrived they refused to accept our card because of high commission (this was not my problem, they should have told us in advance when we called). Last but not least if you want to have a decent coffee for breakfast you had to pay as the coffee offered at breakfast was not that much of a coffee.

The owners and staff were extremely friendly and made us feel totally welcome. we enjoyed the breakfast, buffet and pool. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

nothing. This was by far the best hotel that we stayed in during a 2 week round trip around Albania.

Everything was just great: brand new hotel, spacious room, nice and modern bathroom, good swimming pool area and extremely helpful staff

Personally, I think that the tiles used for the bathroom and for the pool area were a bit slippery

I am really satisfied with the service and kindness of the Hotel staff members and other employees, and also with the cleanness of the facility. Wi-fi was really good. The food was very good of variety of different meals. I would love to came back again.

Everything was great. The hotel, the rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast and especially the dinner was great. Pool was a lot of fun for kids. The owners were especially helpful and welcoming. Safe parking. Lots of great beaches within walking distances and other amazing with a short drive. Wi-fi was very fast also...:)

The owner was very friendly, accommodating. Breakfast had the usual offerings, all fresh. The pool area was fun, and the beach that is just by the hotel is in fact just as great as any beach you could find by walking further away (but has fewer people). We really enjoyed it, sandy but with some rocks, clear beautiful water. A dock to jump off of for the kids. The hotel is close enough to restaurants, an easy evening walk, but not in the thick of it. Easy parking.

The pool area could benefit from shade umbrellas. The showers in the bathroom only have small curtains that don't do much. Overall not a huge inconvenience.
